Am a longtime subscriber to NYT. In the past few weeks, I'm being asked to verify my account. NYT claims there are multiple devices using the account; in fact, I'm the only subscriber in our household, and I use a Mac desktop unit exclusively. NYT's AI-bot sez Mozilla Firefox may be the problem causing this now-constant nuisance of emailed one-time verification codes.

as of last week, I am getting these tiny popups on the right top page that I cannot stop. I had to ask apple support for assistance and remove them. why is this happening all of a sudden? I run and older Mac version of OS 10.13.6 that I cannot uypdate due to the age of my computer. How can I stop getting these annoying popups? Thank,u.

I bought the annual subscription to Mozilla VPN and found that it wouldn't install. This Mac runs Sierra, version 10, I don't need VPN on my newer Mac.

I have a problem loading the page "claude.ai". yesterday it was working perfectly but today Firefox shows me a blank page. I really don't know what to do. I tried to clear the cache, going in private mode, forcing a reset, closing and reopening. What's the problem? Thanks

Hi, My bank tries to open a new page to display certain info (after I'm logged in and have seen the main account page). The new page won't display and the error message tells me I need to update my browser. I updated last week, and there's nothing newer - I just checked the Firefox page to make sure. Called the bank, they just repeat that I need to update browser. Any ideas? I admit my Macbook is quite old, could that be causing a problem? Thank you.

attempted to reach this site in my Mac "https://www.copera.org/" and get this error in return. Works when on my iphone no problem. I have in the past been able to reach this site on this same computer so i dont know what has changed or how to fix this issue. Any help would be apprciated.

When I open my Gmail I see the following message: “This browser version is no longer supported. Please upgrade to a supported browser.”

So I Downloaded Firefox ESR as suggested by Google and then I moved the Firefox app into my applications folder, but then got the message that "a newer version already exists, do I want to replace it with the older one I’m moving? Or keep both", so I kept both.

However when I go to my application folder I only see one Firefox icon and when I opened my Gmail again I still see that message “This browser version is no longer supported. Please upgrade to a supported browser.”

I also see that Google is saying that Firefox doesn’t support “offline access to Gmail” what does this mean?

I have latest one version of Mozilla. 115.33.0esr (64bit) on High Sierra 10.13.6. Why I obtaining this message from Google Drive - DOCS ? I think at this browser missing lots of things, some web pages do not show correctly and is impossible to report it, notwithstand Mozilla have button to reporting. Anny idea? And yes, i have to stand on High Sierra still.
