Hello AMO team,

I am the developer of two add-ons published from my old account, which I can no longer access: I lost the authenticator app used for two-step authentication, and I have no backup authentication codes or account recovery key for that account. Password reset is therefore impossible (the reset flow requires a TOTP code, and no recovery key exists on the account).

I would like to request an official transfer of ownership of the following two add-ons from the old account to my new account:

1. Admin-panel quick access - https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/admin-panel-quick-access/ (add-on id 2650700, guid {dc8766bb-be8a-4bf9-aec8-6bf114d6ed24}) 2. TripleKeep - https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/triplekeep/ (add-on id 2654061, guid {ddb290f5-c226-4a22-9dd0-b1731169d15b})

- Old account: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/15677483/ ("Shepel", registered 2020-02-19) - New account: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/17480927/ ("Shepel Pavel", email [redacted] @mail.ru)

Proof of ownership:

- The support email listed on BOTH add-on listings is [redacted] @shepel.net - an email I control and have full access to. I can reply to any verification message sent to that address. - Both listings link to my GitHub repositories, which I still control: https://github.com/shepelpavel/go-to-admin (branch firefox) and https://github.com/shepelpavel/triple-keep (branch firefox_ver). - The manifests in those repositories match the published versions exactly: "Go To Admin" version 1.3 (= published version 1.3 of admin-panel-quick-access) and "TripleKeep" version 1.4 (= published version 1.4 of triplekeep). - Commit history in those repos (author [redacted] @gmail.com, dated 2020) matches the AMO submission dates (2020-07-02 / 2020-07-23 / 2020-08-11).

I have intentionally not re-uploaded these add-ons under the new account to avoid GUID conflicts - I am requesting an official ownership transfer instead.

Please let me know if you need any additional verification. Thank you!

Best regards, Pavel Shepel [redacted] @shepel.net

System: Linux Mint 22.3 Xfce Firefox web-browser: mint-001 - 1.0 _ 155.0.1 (64-bit) Hardware: Both on my Desktop and Laptop computers.

Since the recent updates, 1-2 weeks, every time I try to enter a character via Unicode insertion, CTRL+ALT+U, the character does not insert but a row break. I made a video about it: https://youtu.be/OP9UCGpZdEc

This happens in every website I use; mostly likely on every website.

Is there anything I can do now?

Thank you for your time reading this. 🙇

115.40.0esr on Mac OS High Sierra v. 10.13.6

When attempting to enter log in information automatically, the expected notification appears and is confirmed, but the "Logins & Passwords" repository remains empty.

When attempting to enter log in info manually, from the "Logins & Passwords"page, the error message "an error occurred while trying to save this password" pops up after filling the fields under "Create New Login" and hitting the "Save" button.

I know I'm working on borrowed time with this setup, but I'd like to squeeze as much life as I can out of this old Mac, and having a functioning password manager is high priority.

Using the latest Firefox update with Windows 10. I've got three popups in the lower right corner of my screen (see uploaded image), and each refreshes periodically with a musical phrase that sounds like a smartphone notification. Though each says "Mozilla Firefox" in the upper left hand corner, the popups are present whether the browser is open or not. All three say, "via da75iiinaffc73ar8f20.yird-protect.pro".

I've already gone to Settings, cleared my History, made the recommended changes in Permissions and Data, and closed and reopened the browser. The popups remain.

I have issues discerning where each of my desktop windows are. To help with this I use gtk.css styling to add a border on all of my desktop windows. For some reason, Firefox does not draw this border.

Is there any way to apply a border around the Firefox window?

I was able to get a border around the navigation area of the browser by adding a userChrome.css file but I don't see any way to do the same thing for the whole window.

Can this be done in userChrome.css? Using gtk.css styling? Any other setting or file?

I am running Firefox 155.0.1 on Ubuntu Linux 26.04.1 LTS using the Gnome 50 desktop.

My laptop seems to be on the correct time zone, but when I access websites through Firefox they seem to see a different time. For example, it's currently around 6 p.m. where I live and that's what my laptop says, but when I open my email in Firefox it thinks it's already after midnight. This discrepancy has shown up with multiple websites, so I'm pretty sure it's something going on with the browser. It only happens on my laptop though, not on the mobile version of Firefox. There is no setting to change time zone in Firefox settings so I can't fix this. Please help!

This is my first time to Mozilla Support with a question.

Firefox is my default browser using version 155.0.1. I use Strict ETP. [FYI - my skills are basic with IT]. I also use Firefox Focus on my iPhone.

I previously used Google Chrome but I must have removed it as it's no longer appearing in my desktop Apps.

As of a couple of days ago, I tidied up my Library/cache and deleted it to 'Trash', using Apple support community help instructions for housekeeping. (Because I was getting increased frequency in the spinning ball at start-up). I didn't delete any other folders - just Library/cache in my housekeeping.

Since then, when searching Google / Firefox, Google keeps asking if I'm a robot (asking me to tick a 'reCaptcha' box) as it's detecting unusual traffic on my computer - before it continues with my search via Firefox browser.

This doesn't happen when using other search engines, (eg: Bing or Duck Duck Go).

Using Google searches on Safari browser does not ask me if I'm a robot question ? Searches go through perfectly - no questions asked. Only when I use Google search engine with desktop Firefox. Is it my privacy settings?

I prefer Firefox as my browser because it's independent and open sourced, safe and for its sense of community.

My desktop MacBook Air (2017) is 9 y/o - vintage? So, no longer receiving software updates - but hoping to upgrade with a new Mac desktop soon. (see attached image of current MacBook Air operating system Monterey version 12.7.6).

My question is:

- Why is Google only in the last two days asking me at every search, the above question about 'unusual traffic' / tick the robot box ? And,

- Should I reinstall 'Google Chrome' via the Apple Store?

Or for better security, think of getting a new computer sooner, rather than later ? :(

Many thanks for your support, and time. [No hurry!]

thank you in advance, regards, kindly Rose Roselyn Hansen (Australia)

I get this dozens of times in a session. As far as I can tell it doesn't affect performance. I found a solution about using notification-daemon for Ubuntu from 4 years ago that doesn't apply to Slackware. I like to eliminate error reports. I don't even know what this means. Knowing would be great, even if I can't stop it. Just eliminating the error report, if it's harmless, would be nice.
