When I want to do a google search, it will only do an amazon search. So if I am asking a tax question, it brings up amazon products to buy. I can't search anything. Very frustrated.

At the latest update firefox 64bit crashed and I neede a totally new install of firefox. After downloading it said, partly installed we will repair the upgrade and it did. However only a few bookmarks were recovered many of which were over a year old... So how to recover my recent bookmarks, which were in sorted in named bookmarkfolder, e.g. home/study/work

I would assume a backup frommy firefox account but that does not show a solution..?!??

On Windows 10, Professional up to date with Malwarebytes (pro) and Microsoft Security Essentails running permanently.

I seem to not be able to access the website for my local oil company https://fegleyoil.com/ even though I have been able to do so multiple times over the past few years. I have checked every Firefox setting but am still unable to load their site to order oil. I have successfully been able to load their site not only on my smartphone but also on my work PC. I need to know how to fix this. Please advise and many thanks in advance for any assistance. BTW, it also doesn't load on my home PC in Firefox, Edge or Chrome but again loads just fine on my phone and work PC and my home PC VPN is turned off when I try to access this site and I have it added to my Firefox exceptions to be allowed.

I subscribed to Relay and VPN on Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2023, and paid the annual fee ($82.66); however, after looking at all the features of Relay, I decided that it was too complicated for me and I cancelled the subscription the same day. I have not received a refund yet.

Previously, I had been paying for the VPN monthly, and I do want to keep that and can pay for it annually. So the annual amount for the VPN could be withheld from the amount I paid and the refund could be for Relay portion only, if that's possible. If not, I will continue to pay for the VPN monthly.

Please advise as to how long before I will see my refund.

When pressing the up arrow key with text in the URL bar, the bottom suggestion is selected, rather than returning the text cursor to the beginning. It used to place the insertion point at the very beginning of whatever text was in there, and then another up arrow press would select the bottom suggestion, but now it instantly wraps to the very bottom selection. It's quite frustrating when trying to modify a search query - now you either have to hold the left arrow key, or accurately click with the mouse

For instance, say I type "cloud" in the URL box, but figure "storm cloud" would be a better search. I can't just press the up arrow to add "storm ", because pressing the up arrow once now just replaces the entire line of text with "https://soundcloud.com/", completely ruining my search. I'm pretty sure this was recently changed with an update. Is there any hope of changing it back?

Yesterday i uninstalled Grammarly but today i am still getting pop-ups saying Grammarly isn't activated yet, but it's been uninstalled! So how do i make the pop-ups stop? That's the whole reason i uninstalled it in the first place.

I need to uninstall the recent update to Firefox. I have several "features" that were added which I do not wish to have.

OR -- I need to be able to reinstall a prior version of Firefox.

I do not wish to have to "fix" Firefox, just need to go back a few versions.

I use the above site to watch replays of the NFL. Upon updating the browser to the latest version, the page no longer loads the video content. It was working fine on the previous version and is working fine using Microsoft Edge. Can you please suggest a resolution?

Lately, every time I turn on my computer, Google comes up as my browser. I believe that Avast, for which I have a paid subscription, is responsible for this hijacking. I have never used Google as a browser, nor do I wish to. I have to constantly maneuver to use Firefox. I am not omputer savy, so I need help.

1. How can I prevent this? 2. Is there a Federal Agency to complain to? 3. Is Firefox aware of this?

in our organization we use your program, but we recently noticed that the updates removed the option for vertical and horizontal printing from the printing menu, and the problem was solved by communicating with the support team. We added lines of code layout.css.page-size and we convert from true to false, but in the new update 119 we noticed This code has been deleted from your program's library The options for vertical or horizontal printing in any form no longer appear

Why??

How can we solve this problem other than downloading the Esr version We want to keep up with updates with you without any printing glitches

1. Mozilla email address 2. When I use Mozilla-Firefox to look for products on Amazon, you don't show the "SIZE" pull downs that are visible using Google Chrome or EDGE. I'm sure this is not good for business. I would prefer to remain on Mozilla, but somehow Amazon has blocked you from showing the size choices, and subject prices!!!

Since Mozilla released the 119.0 build of Firefox, I have noticed that scrolling Youtube Shorts doesn't work. I can watch the first short and scroll to the second but trying to scroll past that causes the video to jump back up to the first video. The same thing happens when I try to scroll through emails using my ISP web based email client. I can see the first five emails on the list but if I try to scroll further it jumps back up to the first five. I have tried refreshing Firefox and I have tried using the trouble shooting option under help and the scroll issues still happened in both. I have this issue on my laptop as well as this desktop and I even installed a different browser and in that browser scrolling works fine in both Youtube and the web based email client. I was unsure where to report this to Mozilla so I thought I would try here to see if anyone can help.

Firefox displays text in a garbled, unreadable fashion. HP desktop, 64-bit Windows. This is why I stopped using FireFox years ago; I wanted to see if it had improved. Is there a solution? See attached PAINT file of screen image.
