Hello! I synced my browsing data yesterday by signing in to firefox account and reset my OS(window 10) to improve my laptop's speed. When I am trying to get back my browsing data back after resetting and installing firefox by signing in to my firefox account and pressing the Sync Now button then its not giving me my browsing data back. Why is it so? Need Help. Thank You!!

Hello, i have run Firefox for years on 2 separate computers each with their own data and now I want to sync them. My problem is I don't understand to the 2 different sets of data if I sync. Do the 2 sets 'blend' somehow? Does one set take primacy over the other (if so, how do I control which one it is?) or do I lose everything from both computers and start again? I've been wanting to sync for 12 months but I am so scared of losing information that I keep avoiding doing anything. Thanks Chris

Can you suggest any functions or apps that I must or should avoid? It's important that I NOT use a VPN, and that I use 'open-source' in a probably 'shared access' situation. GRM PL

Firefox was logged into my account and synced before migrating computer to Azure AD. After installing and logging into the fresh install of Firefox, there is no data associated with the account. It looks as though it was created today, even though I logged into the pre-existing account. I even have emails to this account from over a year ago.

Any way to recover?

Due to a recent major security breach I started changing all of my passwords on my main desktop, I did not have sync on at the time. I then opened up my work laptop (again unsynced) and decided I should really use the sync feature to transfer my 500+ passwords onto my laptop for when I travel.

When I got home that evening, I turned on the sync feature on my main desktop, unfortunately it pulled all of my compromised passwords from my laptop and overwrote the ones on my main desktop. Is there anyway to restore my pre-sync passwords and ensure that they get transferred to my laptop instead please.

I have noticed in the help section that all sync data is removed if password is reset. I have just lost all my passwords, bookmarks, settings, everything, because I had to format my computer and didn't memorize my firefox password.

Is there any chance at all to have my data restored regardless? I understand I am at fault, but this outreach is my last hope, I guess.

Hello there.A couple of days ago my windows pc session creashed.After rebooting i attempted to log on but everything was different.All my bookmarks were disappeared and all my saved pages were not appearing.There was a yellow triangle appearing on the right side of the program mentioning the i was disconnected from my account..I attempted to use my account i used the correct credentials but it Never send me the pin code in order to reauthorize and re access my account. My ios mozilla sessions is operating fine so far and this is the one posting right now! Im looking forward for your reply in order to gain access again on my pc.Thank you!

XUL Runner platform version 129.01 is not compatible with 129.0 miniversion 129.0 maxversion 129.0 When this happened at first I did not have the use of Firefox. I then went to Firefox and down downloaded Firefox and started over. Then I went to go to my bookmarks and could not find them, bummer. i had my all data saved in my firefox online account , now i logged in on my new laptop , i logged in with my id but i cant find my bookmarks passwords , extensions etc . please help

I'm not currently able to sign into my UK account using this link: https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/account/ When I type in my email address and click continue I just get a circular loading symbol going round and round forever. I'm able to sign in using the US sign in link for some reason. I'm not able to sign into Firefox overall though, so none of my bookmarks etc. are synced. I have tried on two different laptops a week apart with the same results.

I updated my password but now when I go to sign in (since an updated password signs out on all accounts) it won't stay signed in ever on my laptop. I input the password, then the email confirmation, then the authentication, and it says I'm signed in but when I go to my account is disconnected again. I've tried many times. I've also cleared the cookies and cache. Any advice?

I recently deleted accounts and passwords that were stored in Firefox under my web browser account. Is there anyway I can get that data restored? I have access to the same email/account in Firefox, but need to restore the deleted website account/credential data.

I use Sync on multiple computers for passwords. I have forgotten the Primary password on one of them. If I do a password reset on the one computer, does it affect the passwords stored on the Sync server, or maybe just the key4.db and logins.json folders on the computer being reset? I will not do a reset if the Sync'ed passwords could be affected, I'll just look them up on my phone. Thanks for your help!
