Hi, Some files, say PNG files, always download immediately. Other files ask where to be saved. In my settings, I only have about 4-6 entries, but PNG for example is not there. I deleted the handlers file and restarted. Same issue. The only thing I can think of is the fact that I'm using an account which syncs across 2-3 devices. How can I fix this issue?

I recently did a factory reset on my laptop, and I thought that the firefox settings will be saved when I next connect. I lost all the websites that I was connected to and all of my browser settings. Is there any way to get all my settings back?

I don't know how but it seems I lost all my account related data. I connected my account to my new computer but I don't have anything: no history, no apps, no password. Is there anything i can do? I have the hard disk of the old computer, can I restore the data from it?

Looks like there's no available data.... I want to be able to import the data I used on July 2021 but it is nowhere to be found... How can I get a hold of an old version of my data?

My windows got corrupted had to reinstall everything and this means i have lost my old Firefox account password is there anyway i can get all those saved passwords as i need them. Any help would be great

my passwords and logins are not showing..!! even my bookmarks are not showing on firefox after i logged in using my firefox account. please help me resolve this its very important Sir/Ma'am.

I used the same account with two computers. I always keep my account in sync. Actually, they do not. My previous notebook has a series of bookmarks, but the bookmarks in the latter one is exactly different. It seems like two accounts, but I log in with the same account. Miracly, when I log the same account with my phone, the bookmarks in my phone is sync with my previous notebook I don't know how to solve it and appreciate your answer.

I've read the articles that tell you how to sync between devices and I've done everything in them. Sync is on on both pc laptops, and I've pressed sync on both. I'm not sure what exactly has synced but I'm ultimately, trying to get my open windows with their tabs onto the new device. I'm sure there I a simple step I'm missing. Please help!

Is there a way to get my home and work computer to sync. It is almost like I have two different web browsers. I should be able to see my browsing history from work on my home computer, shouldn't I?

I have my account set up on the original laptop. I have just opened my new laptop and logged in to firefox. I have set to sync including passwords and logins. I can see both open Firefox accounts on my laptops simultaneously. They are the same account and they have been synced repeatedly. However my passwords and logins are not appearing on the new laptop. They only show on the old laptop. Why?

Hello, I have problem with my Firefox browser. It cannot link over to other sites. An example: when I get mail with a link, I cannot link over. A popup says: "The app cann not be opened- -10673. When I use Safari or Google Chrome it works. Please explain for me how to do. Have a good day! Holger

Hi there,

I've been using firefox as my main browser and I've created a account and using it all the time for syncing the settings, bookmarks, logins, extensions etc.

BUT due to some unwanted (really irritating) search suggestion were being shown to me by firefox, I had to uninstall firefox from my system.

• • Throughout the process, I'd kept syncing ON always!!

But when I installed firefox again and after loggedin, I'm syncing everything but this is restoring (syncing) very old data which doesn't have my latest bookmarks, extenstions & saved logins!!

How DO I get my all data???
