I am reaching out to you today with a pressing matter. My current company, Five9, recently submitted an extension that unfortunately got rejected. This extension is crucial for our business operations, and its rejection has put us in a challenging situation.

I understand that reviewing submissions is a meticulous process, but I wanted to inquire if there's any possibility of having our extension reevaluated. Your assistance in this matter would be immensely appreciated.

As a side note, during my time at Mozilla, I had the privilege of collaborating with the operations team, led by Sean Rich.

I'm using Firefox with Google as my default search engine. When ever I try to type in the Google search box, what I am typing appears in the address bar. I want to search in the Google search box as it is at eye level for what I am doing. I have tried all sorts of ideas from the web to fix this but no joy. Does anyone know how I disable this? Thank you

My system recently slowed considerably. When I checked what was happening, I found there were up to 14 Firefox 'windows' showing in my Task Manager, and collectively these 'windows' were consuming over 25% of the computer memory (650+MB) even with Firefox just opened as the initial browser screen; no addresses etc had yet to be added. I've followed many of the troubleshooting suggestions, but to no avail. I have not reset the browser as yet as I need to understand the root of the problem

since the last update of firefox my e mail (hot mail) attachments will not print. When print is selected the only option is to print to pdf. tried in another browser and printing works perfectly. Printing worked with no problems before last update. Help Please Please note I am a very basic user so need step by step instructions. Hoping someone can help PLEASE!

I got an email saying my account was going to be deleted in 48 hours because of spam coming from my address. They say I should hit a button to get virus protection. Could this be true or spam?

I recently noticed that fields on all Web sites I visit have an extra horizontal line at the top of the prompt. Please see attached image. This only happens on Firefox. Other browsers don't have that behavior. How can I restore the normal prompt of a straight vertical line?

After using gnome-tweaks to change my system fonts, Firefox has unexpectedly gone silent and no longer shows text in areas like the search bar, tabs, settings, bookmarks, and menus. Rendering websites works just fine, but Firefox itself won't show any text.

Here is a rather long winded explanation of my problem initially prepared for an email to Firefox until I found out that was not a possibility. Hello Agent, I have a problem with Firefox described as follows: I have an account with a company called Eversfield Organic an organic meat company. They have a facility whereby the delivered cold packs and insulating material can be returned to them via DPD free of charge. To achieve this a form has to be completed on Eversfields site to enable a returns label to be printed. When attempting to complete this form one line of this form will not accept an input. This item is called the “Country” which should read “United Kingdom”. I cannot input this manually or by my password manager “RoboForm” which temporary inputs United Kingdom until I release the mouse button when it goes blank again. I have tried the Google Chrome and Opera browsers which work perfectly using this system. So logically it would appear that there is a fault with Firefox which is a shame since it is my preferred browser. It would be appreciated if you can provide a solution to this problem.
