Firefox starts but when I type into the search box nothing happens. My RoboForm link does not work and neither do the bookmarks. I have had to resort to using Edge to get onto the internet. Jim Klein

I cannot understand why I cannot go to the payment place on saldentures it just won't let me it just keeps saying that the shipping does not go to that destination when I know it does BECAUSE I have brought dentures off saldentures before can you help me

When playing videos on youtube or any other platform the volume is very low to non-existent. When a new video starts there is a sudden surge, whereafter it rapidly returns to a non-audible level. I have tried checking the volume settings in Windows and Firefox but nothing has helped thusfar. Please help me resolve this issue so I can go back to using my favourite browser again.

Using Mac OS 12.4 and Firefox 101.0.1. After launching Firefox, a second icon appears in the "recently used" apps section of the Mac OS dock (see attached screen shot). The icon stays there and goes away, and then comes back, and then goes away, etc. This continues on and on until Firefox is closed.

Why is this happening? Never acted this way before the latest updates.

I chose the option to open pdf files (for example) on Firefox. But Firefox first downloads them to my "download" directory and only than opens it with Acrobat. My "download" directory now is full with garbage files that I need to delete manually. Is there any good option how to disable this "feature"? I would prefer not to see all the garbage files at all.

I changed "browser.download.improvements_to_download_panel" to false. Doesn't work.

On the console log, it is giving a bad gateaway for the post request when I am trying to add photos from the attach option given below. Same issue on mobile app as well.

I would like to change the order of Search Bar suggestions, if possible, because I find the "Firefox Suggest" section's results more relevant to what I usually look for.

Specifically, as shown in the image I attach, when I type, I get some suggestions, and then I can see the "Firefox Suggest" section. Is it possible to change the order and place it above the suggestions?

I could'nt play Netflix or Amazon videos on my Firefox browser, I have an old MacBook pro OS 10.9.5 (it's the last operating system I can use.. I have photoshop 6 and it won't work on any further OSs) I went to update Firefox, was not sure what version it was. and my computer asked" replace current version of Firefox with New" , I said yes, it did.. and then after I downloaded it, I noticed there was a circle with a slash going thru it on Firefox Icon, when I tried to open new firefox , it bascically said will not work with this OS. I could not go back and lost firefox alltogher, which also had my prefernces and autofill passwords etc. I went to Mozilla site to see if I could find an older version of firefox.. This is what I found : Firefox version 78 was the last supported Firefox version for Mac users of OS X 10.9 Mavericks, OS X 10.10 Yosemite and OS X 10.11 El Capitan. These users were moved to the Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR) channel by an application update.

I downloaded it and it said It will not work on my OS, So, How can I basically get the same firefox I had or whatever the last version that works on my computer..and best case senario save my prefernces and passwords, which maybe might have been saved somehow when I tried to change in the begining .. thanks so much for your help.

My Grandson loaded some type of coupon app and every time I log into some type of store etc. I get this coupon discount, he said it was on Mozilla Firefox. I want to delete it but I can't find it, can you help?

When I modify my website, the updated version shows fine in CHROME and EDGE but shows my old version in Firefox. I cleared browser cache, hit reload numerous times, relogged, all the usual things I could think of.

Have any helpful info?

I am trying to access this web site https://www.wunderground.com/ When I click on this link all I get is a White page! If I use Safari it works perfectly. What must I do??

Since an update several days ago I am unable to link to sites or email addresses I receive in emails. Serious time waster. Also in some accounts I have had for years they don't recognize my password any longer when I try to log in via a link from an email.

I enjoy listening to https://ici.radio-canada.ca/ohdio online with Windows 10. Since the latest version of Firefox was installed, the audio no longer plays; nothing happens when I click the hyperlinks on the page. The audio plays in Edge and Chrome. I've turned off Enhanced Tracking protection, and the pop-up blocker is off. Any help much appreciated!
