I seem to have been using Firefox for so long, that I’ve forgotten some of the basics. I have two Apple systems. An M1, 2020 MacBook Pro and an Intel Mac Mini. Due to issues with the MacBook Pro I needed to reformat it and am slowly adding all my applications. When I added Firefox, logged in and entered the confirmation code and synced my settings none of my extensions appeared in the menu bar (please see the screenshot as to how they appear on the Mac Mini). So the question I have is what do I need to do to get them there on the MacBook Pro.

Hi, ok, so my computer just randomly updated my Firefox Browser and now all of my bookmarks, saved passwords, extensions, themes, and history is gone. I used the links on the support website, but they were not helpful at all. I am logged in with the same account I was originally logged in with prior to update 149.0 (logged in with gmail). When I sync data in settings, it automatically imports my Safari and Chrome information (which is not what I want). I try to import my bookmark and password history from the saved HTML and CSV files under Mozilla Firefox, but I don't have the ability to do so, as the files are essentially 'greyed' out. I have tried every step to troubleshoot and every link that is related to my issue listed on Mozilla's support with no success. I have even searched my issue on Google and Reddit. Please help!!

I've spent a lot of time doing all this, to no avail. If I change browser I don't have the problem. I've been using Mozilla browser since before Firefox was invented and never had a problem before. You've changed something in your latest upgrade which has caused this problem.

Microsoft and Google are part of Anthropic's Project Glasswing but Mozilla is not. I am concerned about Firefox security if Mozilla in not being included. What is your plan to participate? Do I need to switch browsers in the meantime? Please advise. Thanks.

hello- i have set firefox preferences to block all AI enhancements. even so, i keep getting 'search assist' and other AI prompts. see screen shot below. i do not want any AI involvement in my firefox experience. please advise. thanks

Accessing Planefinder.com. Have done so many times. After checking on a flight multiple times today, I acquired a notice that said I was blocked from accessing. Is this a scam? It says I entered a word or phrase that was unacceptable and thus am blocked. I can still use Planefinder on my cell phone. I only enter the plane information that is called for. What is going on?

I cannot connect with my on-line banking site. When I try, I get the message "Bad Request--Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit. I am able to access the site using another browser, so there cannot be a problem with the site itself. This situation has only existed since Firefox did an update. So, the problem must lie with Firefox. If it is not fixed, then I fear that I will have to discontinue using Firefox as my online browser. Hi Love Firefox and use it every day to manage clients Google Ads accounts. Updated to latest version and now I'm getting this warning when I'm trying to access ads.google.com Doesn't appear that I can add an exception, is there a work around that I can use. Look forward to hearing back. Thanks in advance

I don't know which question best describes my question. I have always used Firefox because it had two boxes for searching. This meant that you could type a search into the second box while keeping the first box open. Now that second url box is gone. How can I get it back? I used it all the time!

After last auto upgrade of firefox browser, my print function is dysfunctional. When I try to print a broker data page, 2 "boxes" of options on the page I'm trying to print, become open, with long lists of all possible options, when they only show the one option I am using on the real web page I'm using. This takes up 1/2 of the printed page, and moves the data I'm trying to print down so far that I have to print 2 pages to include it all. This is a change which did not occur when printing before the upgrade. If I switch to a safari browser, this does not happen (but I prefer the firefox browser). Help please.

I have been logging into Facebook forever. Suddenly today I get to the login page, click on continue and I get the white dialog box but no fields to enter my login data. I don't know if Mozilla did an update or not and broke that feature. It is the only thing I can think of that would cause the issue.

After signing into Amazon with firefox 43.0.1 (64-bit) browser on my mackbook I am not able to click on anything in firefox. I have to quit firefox and restart it before I can do anything. The even happens in a private window. Safari has no problems.
