I work with HTML website themes daily. I use the firefox browser for all of my design work and I have recently noticed that firefox does not show web icons such as font awesome or any other web icons. The web icons are properly coded into the theme and they show up fine in all other browsers (chrome, edge, explorer, safari).
I did some research on it and I did find this: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/CORS but I don't know if that has anything at all to do with it or not.
If the problem is due to Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) then how would I fix that issue as the fonts are being served directly from the theme files?

I'm a Firefox Developer Edition user. After upgrading my Firefox to 69.0b1, I see a problem about network and extension:
In the same network, the case when the browser stuck at loading the page content has been more frequent (especially on script-rich sites like Twitter). At that case, the extension menu is irresponsive (which means that when I click on it, it only shows a pop-up with nothing in it). Closing all loading tabs doesn't solve this. After a long time after the loading starts, the tabs suddenly continue to load and the extension pages come back responsive.

In particular, credentials for DISCUS, which is very popular "comment" software used by many websites, is unable to maintain the users credentials after a reload...requiring the user to log back in each time. I have a normally used Windows 10 PC that I consider my standard configuration for Firefox. I WILL CALL IT PC A. I have another, rarely used PC which I WILL CALL B. The Firefox configuration on PC B is often not as up to date as PC A and may have old and outdated Add-ons, bookmarks, and tool bar configurations. When I bring up PC B and start Firefox, it will quickly start the syncing process (since I can no longer log off of Firefox - a very bad idea, by the way). Whether the sync starts immediately or not, how do I specify that PC B will always sync to PC A's profile and not try to update PC A with its old and invalid configuration?

I have tried starting Firefox in safe mode and resetting values that look relevant in about:config but neither of them helped.
It doesn't happen if I create a fresh new profile though, but I really want to avoid the hassle of backing up all the extension configurations... Please help, thanks a lot.

I set up two Windows accounts on my Windows 10 and synced the passwords and settings in only one account. To my surprise, when I login in the second account, every login and password was there without the master password. This means that any one using that account can see my password.
I think this is a really serious security hole and Firefox should fix it as soon as possible.

i run prestashop ecommerce on a hosting server. but when i use admin on my PC, i have an application that displays 2 sets of date/time, ie start and end.
however the 1st displayed time shows it correctly ie 26/08/2019 00:00 but the 2nd displayed time it is shown as 1566860340
the coding that generates this seems to be correct, check attached image.
any ideas please, as when I use any other browser it displays date and time correctly.

Options are only thing that's in English as far as I can see. And it's not deletable from settings too (screenshot). Any way to fix it without reinstalling whole thing? (which is i'm not 100% will help but it's still last resort)

I migrated to new SSD. I still have my old hard drive. I copied my previous firefox data from D:\...\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles to C:\...\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\ but nothing happened.
I also have a folder named "Old Firefox Data" when I re-installed Firefox, but nothing works. Firefox sync doesn't work either.
My About Profiles Page says I have 2 other profiles besides the one currently in use, when I launch them in new browser, I cannot see my old bookmarks and passwords.
I've also changed my mobile device, so I currently cannot access my old bookmarks and passwords. Even Lockwise.

How to turn off *distracting* display of trackers blocked in bottom right of web pages for Firefox 69?
I appreciate that Firefox is now blocking third party trackers. But I can't stand having a distracting purple display of trackers blocked in every web page. That is unacceptable to me and I want a way to turn off that distracting display on *every* web page.
I find it ironic that distracting ads are being removed (good!) but Firefox developers thought it was a smart idea to *add* its own distracting information on web pages (sheesh -- at least could we have the option to put that tracker summary in the menu bar? -- I would ideally prefer being able to abolish it from even being seen there).
I am a software developer who doesn't care for web page pollution or distraction from the real content, and a tracker blocking summary in my face on every page is definitely pollution.
I'm going back to Chrome because of this one issue (the ad blocker I use only puts its summary count in the menu bar).
Firefox really goofed by adding its own "ad" on *every* web page for its new feature. Now I need a blocker for those ads!
