I am using Firefox Developer Edition 67.0b13 (64-bit). Recently I restarted with add-ons disabled and they disappeared from the tool bar which was to be expected. But the next time I opened Firefox they were enabled but still not visible in the toolbar or the add-ons page.

The problem here is that the add-ons are still working in the background but I cannot disable them, remove them or change parameters. Does anyone know what is going on here and how I can fix it?

suggestion from farm town telling me it could be fire fox that I am unable to send gifts back to those who send me gifts. the freezes and I have to reload the game. Is there anything I need to do?

as an example In ancestry.com if I select DNA, and then DNA matches, I will get a list of hundreds of matches. If I go down through the list and select one match and click on it, I can investigate the detail. Then I want to tab back to the list. Most of the time it goes all the way back to the original DNA matches screen. Sometimes it doesn't but not often. If I have done a search on a surname, when it goes back, I will have to do the search all over again. Time and resource consuming. I tried it with Windows 10 and Edge and it works properly. Then I tried it with Google Chrome on both of my UBUNTU machines(desk and laptop) , and it works properly. Its like a back pointer is not being set properly or is being garbagged (used to be a pgmr.) I much prefer Firefox and do most of my work in it, but this little problem is annoying. Thank you for looking at this problem.

been watching youtube and browsing generally. over the past couple of weeks firefox tabs have repeatedly been crashing; also firefox itself has been repeatedly crashing; also firefox reloads a tab when i move back to it after having gone to another tab - restarting videos for example; also i am getting dialogue boxes stating the i have run out of memory; also my vpn stopped connecting. i have reinstalled firefox and vpn (vpn now works); had the hardware checked and okayed by a dell tech; updated bios and drivers in an attempt to fix (dell tech did this), removed and reinstalled plugins - the problem still persists. please help.

I have a similar. but not identical issue email link issue; since last two Firefox updates, clicking on email links evoke the error message: "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window." and prompts me to close Firefox or quit. How do I fix this?

Firefox v67.0.1 (both 64 & 32bit) produces a false crash/hang notice (see attached) whenever my task scheduler initiates a new URL.

There is NO evidence of an actual crash; Firefox remains responsive in all respects. But this annoying message appears as its own task.

Had to reinstall win on new drive because old drive refused to boot. was able to recover profile, but for some reason it will not copy, nor recover any of the profiles in the old profile folder

I tried to use firefox lockwise feature for web using the website link, but after downloading the file at the end it says add-on could not installed due to connection failure.

Tried to get into yahoo mail. Get the following error message when trying to access password:

SAML 2/0 authentication failed. followed by a long e-mail address followed by; Error details FBTSML.21.5E The name identifier policy in the authentication request could not be met by this identity provider.

What gives?

Hate speech doesnt exist and your recent stance on the subject is only going to cost you more and more of your original user base.

My problem is, that all my add-ons don't work right. I uninstalled and installed them very often, but after a short time they don't work. I can click it, but nothing happens. I have these add-ons in the german version: "Avira Password Manager" and "Avira Browserschutz".

After the latest update, I can no longer set any break point (Right Click, click on line number or keyboard command) on my pages. I tried some other pages in other sites utilizing the script tag but no break points are allowed. My co-worker was able to set break points in 66.0.5 before we updated him to verify the problem.

I re-installed the browser.

Co-worker says if the file is a .js file, break points can be set but the rendered MVC site page, nothing can be set. Hope this can help
