This is probably a Norton settings issue but I have FF set as default browser, when I download an from windows 8 store it goes to "pending" and stays there. If I disable Norton extension and re-download it works fine but I am leery of turning Norton on & off to get my apps.

The games in Pogo.com and on Facebook.com run in "slow motion". This is a problem especially with timed games such as Mahjongg Dimensions and Slingo Ricochet.

Just bought a new laptop, wanted to sync firefox, use x-notifier to check email has all my account passwords but I can't see them, accidently changed my main yahoo account password there, its over 5 years old, and I can't remember my security questions answer. How can I regain access to account?

i want block some website, some keyword in URL , i am using UnE Block2.9.20, it blocked URL & subset of that URL i.e. i want to block "http://www.discountdrugstores.com.au/list" this url , but it block also "http://www.discountdrugstores.com.au/list_ historical" I Dont want to block this URL , please help me to which addon helpful for me Or if any keyword block from in URL. thanks in advance.

whenever i am typing any website address in the address bar, the entire screenshot of the current browser screen appears just behind the list of bookmarks, making the bookmarks drop down menu too small to read.

When I Load website like gumtree and perform internal search there, I can't reedit the text forms of that search. The same happend on Ikea website. I have checked it on IE and it works there perfectly. I have tried to run firefox on safe mode, but the issue is still the same. I have switched of acceleration, but problem stil't l there.

I can't edit it properly. Only way is to add characters before the text, but I can't delete it or edit inicial text.

Whenever I click to save a PDF to my mac via the latest version of firefox, the file auto-opens. Changing the 'action' settings (I've tried them all) for Adobe in the applications tab of preferences doesn't seem to remedy this problem. Any help here?

Whenever I tried to load 23andme.com, I get a "Secure Connection Failed" error. I am able to load the site without any problem using Chrome and Safari. I have tried all the troubleshooting measures listed at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-cant-load-websites-other-browsers-can. I am running FF 37.0.2 under Mac OS 10.10.3.

I have tried all of the regular fixes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. I have run Firefox in safe mode. It still crashes. I have updated all of my drivers. It still crashes. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hello. When I'm on a Youtube page, the Firefox tab shortcuts - new tab and close tab (command+t and command+w) - do not work. I'm using Firefox 37.0.2 on OS X Yosemite. I've disabled add-ons, but this doesn't help.

Is this a known problem?

Until two days ago this confirmation request never occurred when accessing my gmail account of: acts26.18@gmail. Why does this show up as a user name in this confirmation request?

We are looking to make this possible because users on our network have been downloading toolbars that have been causing issues while trying to use Firefox. Is there a way to do this by script for all users and not computer by computer?

I have thousands of bookmarks that I sync across multiple computers. It works great, but I would say only 95% of the bookmarks actually sync. One computer has all the bookmarks, but occasionally my other computers do not sync with these. They are not in groups either. they are completely random in the order that they are missing. I try to sync again with all my computers, but they do not transfer.

I do understand that the system is probably not made for this many bookmarks to be used, but i can not fathom why only a small random sample is completely missing. If anyone can help me figure out how to get the rest to sync, I would be very grateful :)
