I use Intuit to maintain a website. After I update the website, Firefox continues to display the previous version while the revised version is displayed on Internet Explorer. I have tried using both Firefox and Internet Explorer when I revise the website, but that does not appear to make any difference. The version on Firefox usually updates to the new version with in a day or two, but the change on Internet Explorer is immediate.

I'm trying to import my favorites from IE and the help instructions tell me to go to the file menu and click on import. The import word is not highlighted and I don't know what I not need to do to get it highlighted so I can click on it to continue.

I am using Firexox 3.6.12. Under Tools, Options, Security, Passwords then Saved Passwords how can I edit what is in the Site and username fields ? I would like to manually add site and password info when on some sites. I have notice on some sites the passwords and username are not added for me automaticly.

I'm running 3.6.12 and as recently as yesterday the majority of my addons are not working/showing up where they would normally be. I've tried deleting the 3 extensions files in the profile to reset the cache, but this hasn't helped. FF is also exhibiting other strange symptoms. For instance, if I click "help" and "troubleshooting information" it just opens up a blank tab. If I click a link outside of firefox it opens up a blank tab. I haven't made any recent changes to firefox. What can I do?

I'm running Win7 Home Premium 32bit

All of a sudden I am unable to send, reply, or forward in gmail through Firefox, although I can when not going through Firefox. Someone else has posted this same problem. What is happening?

It was there up until a few days ago.

Also my laptop is very slow. I have had it checked with malware and Avast. Do you have another suggestions? Thanks,Sharon

Hi I just bought a new computer and I want to transfer my firefox browser to it . I have my broswer configured just the way I want it from the persona to every last add on , and I have quite a few add ons. My question is can I download and move it to my new laptop or do I have to make a list of every add on I have and down load each one over again

I have installed Firefox today, and like the look of and the speed. But I have an extensive set of foldersin my IE Favorites and remebered passwords I don't want to have to reimput. I have now tried twice folowing "Importing favorites and other data from Internet Explorer " which seemed to go smoothly, once with IE open and the other with it closed, and closed down my PC between each attempted installation. Any ideas?

I upgraded to 3.6.12 from 3.6.3 and now Norton crashes and will not operate. I have in add/remove programs both of the above versions and want to know if I remove 3.6.12 will the 3.6.3 still operate or do I have to remove both and start over. I don't know if previous is still available for download. I cannot go back to restore point as I had a disc cleanup.

Is this a structural or design flaw?

When I click on an e mail, I see the text (though I can hide it.) This means I am receiving an e mail from a source that might be putting a virus on my PC.

Ideally, one should need two clicks to open an e mail. The first to highlight it and the second to open it. That way, one can highlight and delete unwanted e mails without opening the e mail and risking contamination
