I have been asked to "refresh my browser". I look this up on Firefox and there is no simple answer, lots of technical talk, but nothing simple.I know this is a simple task. do I just close Firefox and reopen it?

searching from URL address bar no longer works. Opens search page (start page) instead of results, adding a (unnecessary) step to searching and causing me to have to re-enter my search term. the 2024 trend across the tech industry seems to add unnecessary steps for previously single-step convenient/efficient processes.

This sh*t is getting beyond ridiculous. I've used Firefox for years and not had any problems so the last time this happened I thought well maybe it's just a fluke. IT JUST FU*KING HAPPENED AGAIN! I've slowly been migrating to and using Chrome lately and I think I'm finally ready to make the switch. FIREFOX FU*KING SUCKS.

This is actually the second time I've had issues with Firefox with hardware acceleration enabled it's normally enabled by default when you install it I believe I've never checked it before but when I was playing the game listening to music it blue screened on me and I got a error code involving bit one memory and I did do a check with the Microsoft Windows diagnosis tool that's for checking memory problems and nothing actually came up I even did a command prompt sfc scannow now command to check and see if there's any problems and nothing came up either and I checked the dump file and apparently the dump file told me that it was Firefox that caused the blue screen of death to occur I think you guys may have maybe a corrupt file when it comes to your guys's hardware acceleration function being enabled it could have some issues with AMD I have a complete AMD system with a 5500 XT as well as a ryzen 3600 and 16 gigs of RAM and dual channel I'm not exactly sure what actually caused it but I just wanted to address it and give you guys some information if you if any users have encountered this issue too.

my chatgpt used to work fine but it doesn't anymore since a while already. I cleared the cache, tried new tabs, logged out and back in etc... Still not working. Working fine on chrome.

As of a couple of weeks ago, or so, Firefox will not display a preview of an XLSX file. Is this due to a recent update?

I'm desperate for some help here. I'm a long time customer of Mozilla, and have used Firefox for many many year. Recently, my hard drive was erased, I lost all my data, and I've got a new computer that I'm setting up I'm trying to sign into my Firefox but I don't have the password. I go through Password reset options, and it send a code to my email ([edited] @mindspring.com) and the spam filter is filtering out the email, so I cannot see it. I'm stuck in a loop! I cannot get the passcode and cannot sign into my account. I just need to chat with someone to help me. Please call my call when available.
