Hello,

I couldn't open my Firefox browser on my Windows 10 so I uninstalled the app and downloaded a new Firefox browser. How do I get all my bookmarks from my old Firefox browser to the new one?

Much (but not all) of the time, when I click on a link that opens in a new tab, that tab never loads the content. It sits there with the little dot on the left oscillating back and forth.

BUT if I close Firefox and reopen it, it comes back with all the tabs I had when I closed it -- and the problem tab loads and displays the content without trouble.

What can I do to not have to close and reopen Firefox so often?

I'm running the latest version of Firefox on Windows 11 Home. 64-bit.en

bold textPopups: I have found several sites where popups are required (insurance, learning pages, etc) are not allowing popups. When a notification shows up, I do press on choice to "allow popups" for the site - popups are still not allowed. I have checked my Firefox add-ons and nothing there disables popups and I have made sure that, where able to, the pages are told to allow popups. Several of these are for being able to sign in for learning, sign in for being able to chat, etc. Please help!

I'm on Firefox 102.0.1. The Facebook tab is updating on the fly as I'm reading, forcing me to 'reel back' several pages if I want to continue where I was. What gives? It's been doing this for about a month.

After the last Firefox update, i am trying to open youtube.com in my Firefox browser but it's not letting me to do it. Every time i open it shows an error and says that the error is from YOUTUBE and FIREFOX or I can do nothing about it. But the funny part is its working on other browsers like chrome.

I lost my bookmarks when I updated - I have a file on my desktop that is labeled old Firefox data. Nothing I can find explains how to get the old data file back into the new version. Some articles do talk about how to restore lost bookmarks but they all assume I can "see" the old files if I click on the restore tab in bookmarks. That will show me the Old Firefox Data folder, but when I open it none of the file folders appear to contain the HTML data needed.

I am 76 years old and not terribly computer literate. I need rudimentary explanations to solve my problem.

Failing that, can I just go back to my old version that worked?

Could you please tell me how to stop a.trust-core.xyz pop ups They keep popping up telling me my computer is infected and offer anything from a couple to numerous pop ups all the the same a.trust-core.xyz but pointing to to other security providers like Norton etc. My Malwarebytes professional and Windows scans show nothing. My browser is set to auto update, but in June I was notified that the auto update failed and I must do it manually. I did so immediately and installed the update. Since then, the settings is showing that firefox is up to date. However, everytime I open the browser I get the same notification for manual update and even if I download and install the update, the notification repeats the next time I open the browser. The settings continues to show that firefox is up to date.

I am very disturbed to find out when attempting to log onto the account/ bill payment page of the water utility Pennsylvania American Water - I got a message page that they now only allow access using Google Chrome - nothing else. This presumably all the other American Water Company utilities throughout the USA.

I dont want to install Google Chrome - even my phone is largely de-googled and used Firefox for Android.

Can someone at a high level in Firefox development perhaps contact American Water about this?

When I try to log in to My Go Daddy account I get a message that says: Try disabling ad blockers and other extensions, enabling javascript, or using a different web browser. This has been going on for months.

on a web page like, Regal Cinemas, the seating chart does not appear. I can move the mouse pointer to where a seat should be, but seat does not appear. Also on other web pages the mouse will show something is there but I am unable to see what the mouse sees. Mouse pointer turns from pointer to finger stating something is there. I am unable to click on the email button. Please email me. Thanks

I have had a PC die but it seems that Hard Drive is still readable so I would like to be able to recover the saved password file(s). 2 were mentioned but are these readable file or do I have to replace a current working version on another PC.

email@yahoo will not respond properly in Firefox and works perfectly in Opera browser. Also very SLOW to load many sites. Only the last few days. Is this a hack of some sort? More than yahoo issues as well. Just sayin'

I am running Windows 11 Build 25151 on a Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen 7. With the last several Builds when selecting an option from a pop-up the FireFox window just stops for up to several minutes, no error message. In other cases cannot select an option necessary continue. In several cases the continue button at the bottom of the popup is not available. I am running FireFox 102.0.1 (64 bit). In most cases, copy address from FF to Microsoft Edge, edge is able to continue.

Not sure if a FireFox or Windows problem.
