My tab groups just got lost. I didn't do anything to remove them. How can i restore them?

When this feature appeared, it was not available to me and I included it in about:config, but them disappeared when this feature reached me officially.

Hi! I have use of Firefox but about a week ago something strange happened when I opened my Macbook Pro computer to start the day...the Firefox reverted to another version (maybe older) and all my bookmarks and the way I obtain a new window while searching is completely different and I have no idea what happened or why it did this?

When on laptop, I want to synchronize account to desktop. I try to log on but need to get authorization code. The code takes an unreasonable amount of time to arrive, to my phone sms or email. Please allow me to use a different way of logging in so that I don't have time to forget what I'm doing... signed grumpy old man Cheers, George

Getting "https://workspace.google.com/products/voice/" dozens of times at the top of browser. It shows as G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G across the top of browser. Getting sick of deleting each one. Will switch to a different browser soon.

Hi, I have set Firefox to automatically start at startup. But internet is not available when Firefox starts. Windows 11 now,10 before. After an update on 10 it no longer loaded internet before all other apps Is there a way within setting to delay the startup of Firefox. Basically every time windows starts I have to shut down Firefox and restart because I have multiple pages that open every time I start firefox? Since downgrading to Windows 11 it happens every time, on windows 10 sometimes it would be fine. Thanks in advance.

bought app (Gold) flightradar24 for Win 10. seems to freeze after loading an airport, no map can be displayed. Apparently can't find WebGL2. I can find the error message:

 I am using a Radeon 7600 GPU 8MB.  and Win 10 latest on Dell 7020 desktop.  where should I start?

Well,I found firefox browser in disk c: so I just uninstall and install it again in another disk.I do see firefox account was that very firefox account,but.........when install finished and login firefox account,It shocked,firefox is building a new account witch I used over 1 year,yes,witch account I saying these.OMG what happen?I can't find my bookmarks and colleted pages...OMG what happen somebody help me!!!

While I am able to log into my Google account in Chrome, I am unable to do so in Firefox after the latest update. Whenever I try, I am redirected to the attached support page, which asks me to delete cookies and cache contents. Deleting those does not help.

After my laptop BSOD, I had to re-install windows 11 while backing up all the previous settings and apps. I used "Free Download Manager(FDM)" as my default downloader of movies from websites that generated Magnet links. On clicking the magnet link the FDM is not opening by default, no action is seen. I've tried many options including the Support Centre of FDM from where I was advised to visit my browser support. I have used Firefox for 14 years, let me know where I'm wrong.

I wanted to create two profiles to separate my work and personal contacts. For security reasons, I also wanted to set up one account as the secondary email address for the other (I only have these two email addresses). Account A is a Gmail account and Account B is an enterprise domain account. Account B had the Gmail account as the 'secondary email'. However, when I try to access the Account A profile, I receive a red square message saying 'Primary account email required for sign-in' after entering the password. Perhaps I did something wrong, but... How can I access my Account A profile? Account B no longer has a secondary email address to prevent further problems.

Hi, After submitting my first question, I got a prompt that the confirmation e-mail is sent to my primary e-mail. The problem is that I cannot open my primary e-mail because of outdated security protocol of the server. I can contact the server owner, but it might take awhile and it doesn't mean that I could open my primary e-mail after that. Also, if a confirmation e-mail looks like "Approve sign-in to Mozilla" one, containing the authorization code, the problem is that I don't see where to enter the code and I don't see instructions. Thanks.

Up until recently, my default search engine was Google. I recently switched it to DuckDuckGo.

I regularly use Ctrl+k (hereinafter ctrlk) to popup the window to enter a URL to create a link in whatever web app I am using (Microsoft Office 365 apps, Reddit, Quora, etc.)

Suddenly, in when I used ctrlk to enter a URL for a title I highlighted in an email, the cursor bounced up to the Address Bar and selected it. I've tested it, and ctrlk works to open the URL window when I switch back to Google as my search engine--except when I am logged into my Mozilla account--ctrlk brings up the URL window.

Is there any way to turn off the ctrlk/Address Bar shortcut? As part of my job, I write job aids and emails that have lots of links embedded in them so, for me, this is an accessibility issue as it take fewer keystrokes to activate the URL window using the this shortcut, and just a single roll of my trackball to get from wherever I am on a page to the Address Bar the few times I may i need it while writing. (Between having nine functional fingers and severe arthritis in my hands, I am not exaggerating my use of the word "accessibility".)

After last upgrade, I restored an earlier profile to RESTORE my bookmarks and passwords.

I set my old profile as DEFAULT.

YET NOW, I have the highly annoying problem that when I open a link from my email, it opens in the profile-release new version.... I then again do not have access to passwords and bookmarks.

Mozilla Firefox should address these issues, rather than have MILLIONS of people individually trying to fix the problems that the latest release caused.

I'm afraid to close my browser windows or even restart PC like I often do; I'm afraid I'll have to waste another 6 hours (like yesterday) trying to restore the profile, bookmarks and passwords.
