firefox 3.6 is actng realy slow and crashing, i have to use internet explorer to open the web, why is this? when is the new update coming? sometimes it won't even exit and i have to restart the computer just so i can get on it.

I think you should remove the "Allow" pop up that shows up every time I visit a website even ones that I have already been to. Please LISTEN:....If I did not want to allow the current website to open I would NOT have click on the links or entered the info into the address bar. Please remove the "allow" feature from your services. Other than that Firefox is great.

When at a website, I click on a file, for example a pdf file to open. A new tab comes up calling it a untitled page, file never opens. I have version 3.6.3, vista OS.

for the past few days, every time I open FF I get an unlimited multiplicity of pages and need to shut down. I tried rebooting several times. I reinstalled FF over the present install (to avoid losing the many add-ons, etc.). What to do?

since I downloaded your latest update, I have had two problems: 1. if you go into a web site and then within it, you can't back out. of the spot you went into. your only choice is to hit the X, which takes you completely out of FF. then you try again and it says there is still a version open, but there is not. not icon below, nothing. 2. the new backgrounds etc in the latest version take up part of the screen, particuarly at the bottom, and away from the page you are on. how do I get rid of that?

It will not go to the internet at all. Version 3.6.3 on Vista. Yesterday I was able to access the internet but there was a problem loading a page. Today when the icon is clicked nothing happens.

When I try to import "Bookmarks" from I.E. It finishes and comes back saying that "Favorites" have imported. I want "Bookmarks". I see nothing in the "Import from I.E." box. This is very frustrating. Not user friendly.

When using the location field/bar, I have set firefox to use history. But, the sites that are listed there never change. I have been going to a site several times a day for the past couple of weeks, yet it does not appear in the list of sites that drops down from the location field.

I have just down loaded fire fox and have an icon. but when i click on it nothing appears, it just goes to top corner. i have been using Internet Explorer
