Adding New Filetypes to Download List

I am following directions on this page, which is supposed to be applicable to my version Firefox 78.0.1 on my Windows 10 Pro 64 system:
But when I come to the subheading, "Adding Download Actions", it shows a dialog window which is unlike the one I get. Of the two images I've attached, the article shows the larger while I am offered the smaller. The article says the "Do this automatically" checkbox may be disabled, but doesn't mention it being absent: "Is Do this automatically for files like this from now on disabled? This can happen if the website's server incorrectly specifies the Internet Media type of the file. It also can happen if the server assigns "Content-Disposition: attachment" to the file. Could be the case here. Whether it is or not isn't important. What is important, is adding filetypes. I have no qualms with editing the registry if necessary. Can someone help me out with this?
