How would I access my private session cookies? I don't believe they are stored in a .sqlite table is there a way to access them within memory? How does firefox access them?

Thanks.

I can't find a way to block all the 3rd party cookies by default except for those that I want to. For example, google drive uses some third party cookies to open videos I guess, cause if I block those firefox doesn't reproduce my videos. I would like to remove all the 3rd party cookies except for the sites I want to keep them.. how can I do it?

The setting "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" is on. Not sure if it is default or if I set it - but it is on on all my devices.

So far I like the idea of deleting cookies. But it is annoying that each time I open a website it asks me which cookies I want to allow.

Is there a way to keep my cookie preferences for sites but delete / forbid all further writing ???

I am trying to view a list of Purchase Orders in my web-based ERP system (Unanet) but when I go to search, only 1 out of the 5 PO's appear. I have contacted Unanet support and they logged into my account and were able to view all 5 PO's, so we're certain the issue isn't within the ERP. It's either with my computer or browser. See attached image for reference, there should be 5 Purchase Orders listed. There seem to be a few errors in my console (on the bottom of the picture) but I'm not sure how to fix them. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Since the new update with the change in cookie management, login at my school is not working. We use a number of different sites that pull from the Stanford login cookies. For example stanfordhealthcare.cloud-cme.com uses my login.stanford.edu cookie to function, and so it no longer functions and login is impossible.

I know the new system has a bypass built in for known login services, but what about the myriad different independent SSO systems used by schools?

Hi there,

I've been trying without much luck to find out when or in what Firefox version, the config setting network.cookie.sameSite.schemeful will be set to 'true' by default?

Can anyone point me in the direction of where this information is or let me know the answer if they already know it?

And I'll apologise in advance if this is in an obvious spot that I've just stupidly missed.

Thanks! Simon

I'm in permanent private browsing mode, so whenever I close Firefox the YouTube cookie exception I put under Manage exceptions gets deleted, now my question is if there is no way to make the exception permanent while in private browsing mode, why is the "Manage exceptions" menu enabled? why not disable it/grey it out?

Have upgraded to Firefox 88.0 on Mac. Have also recently cleared history, but have reinstated the web sites where I want my cookies retained.

In the past, I could quit Firefox and when I next boot it, my daily sites like Yahoo and Ebay do not require password log-in since I have "exempted" them from being cleared on the previous Firefox quit.

I do use "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" - but this is where the exceptions should come into play.

Until just recently this all worked fine. Now it does not and am required to re-log in after a fresh boot.

Any suggestions? Thanks. - jr

So for a while now on my Mac and on my Windows 10 machine Firefox keeps forgetting my cookies. So I have to signing back in its very annoying to say the least. I have checked the settings and FireFox says I have over 1GB of saved Cookie data. I also do not have "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" selected. I am at a loss to figure this out?
