This happens with all browsers. I need a software but it needs to find firefox.exe I have tried changing the name of the firefox exe but then the software wont work. It flashes white and it shuts down.
Explain how I can troubleshoot if my Firefox browser is missing the proper video add-on, etc.

My google drive keeps disconnecting, and google drive/google docs links are not working. I have attached a screenshot of the new tab page when I copy paste a google sheets document URL into the search bar and hit enter. After the reloading icon animates, I stay on the new tab page and the url just sits there. The debug console shows 1 GET request that is timed out (picture also attached).
I can fix the issue by completely closing all firefox windows and opening again, but it will disconnect me after some minutes.

Firefox has seemed unstable for a few months now, but in the past weeks even more so. It crashes often, and has usually crashed when I come back to my desktop after a few hours or the weekend. Today it has crashed on me at least 10 times. It does not seem to relate to a particular website or activity. It is becoming so difficult to work with that I am going to have to go to Chrome or something else if it's not fixed. Firefox pretty regularly does updates (often after it has crashed), so it is not that I've got an old version or something.

I deleted the app and reinstalled but no better.
The app just don't load up.

I try to login, I get chase doesn't recognize device, then they send a one time code, which doesn't work, so I have to call them, they tell me it's Firefox causing the problem. I know that's a myth because the same thing happens on MS Edge. Is anyone else having this problem? Do you have any suggestions?

I am using build 100.0 Mac OSX Mojave 10.14.6. When I go to www.papajohns.com and try to login it goes nowhere. I tried looking up the problem, which was to go to Settings and allow cookies for that site and now I'm able to login. The additional problem I'm having is in the purchase page, I have put in all my information including credit card information. When I click place order, instead of completing the transaction, it takes me back to the same page I entered my payment information and never completes the transaction. I have tried it on my iPhone through Safari and I was able to login and complete the transaction. I would prefer to do this on my desktop computer running Firefox rather than my iPhone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi folks, I'm having trouble with importing old firefox stored passwords to new account. I got all the old data (logins.json, key3, key4,...)
I tried copying the logins.json and key3/key4.dbf file into the firebird profile root directory but they dont seem to load. It doesn't show anything no matter if I'm logged into a firebird account or not.
Since the old files are only a week old I'm guessing I shouldn't need to convert files.
When I convert logins.json file to csv I see the info is there.
What's the catch?

My Firefox has suddenly stopped working when websites have menus you need to scroll through on the right side. Example: websites where you are drilling down through filter options, or in Ancestry where you will typically open a record in the hints screen and scroll down through the detail. The right scroll navigation causes the whole page to scroll up and down; there's no way to navigate down in the sub-display. I have run FF in safe mode, and done a scorched-earth uninstall/reinstall and the problem persists even with no plug-ins restored. This is on a machine running Windows 11. The machine crashed right before this became a problem. Sites work in Edge without issue.
