When I click on a bookmark instead of bring up the website I wanted , it brings up a completely different site. Then my TotalAV pops up saying it stopped a malware called here.selectofmychoices.com, it does this with every one. it only does this with firefox.

We need to configure our firefox settings on mac to use with a zebra printer & lightspeed label printing. We have worked with zebra support and lightspeed support, and the firefox version 122.0 does not let us "save" the about:config settings needed to print. We put them in, but it reverts back and doesnt let us save the steps defined in this section of the article:

I wanted my students to be able to download Firefox. Our IT set-up won't allow it. I asked our IT guy about it and he said this:  : I am not installing Firefox for students as Securly doesn't support it and will not offer any assistance if it would happen to stop working or filtering. This is a CIPA requirement to receive federal funding." Does anyone know if this is accurate? I don't think he's lying, but it's possible he's wrong. I do not understand the ins and outs of CIPA, and I'm just wondering if this is accurate.

I never really used firefox password before, I decided not to use the master password function, but today Pocket was not opening, i was prompted for password, so I changed my firefox password, and now icon at top of screen says my firefox account is disconnected? Help! .

I'm currently consuming APIs hosted on an external server using Java( or any other server side language), and everything works smoothly. However, when attempting to consume the same APIs in JavaScript, I encounter the 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' error.

After some research, I discovered that browsers implement security checks leading to this issue. Can anyone advise on how to disable these security checks or resolve this issue when accessing the website in the Firefox browser? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

When using multi-point headphones (I'm using open-runs) that are connected to my Windows 10 computer, while Firefox is open, the headphones think that audio is playing, even when it is not.

Closing Firefox fixes the issue, but playing any music from youtube/soundcloud and then pausing it does nothing to tell the multi-point headphones that audio is no longer playing.

Any help on getting Firefox to not do this is appreciated.

I have tried using autofill for credit cards. The pop up to enter a password pops up and I fill that in. The credit card options are there and I click on the one I want and nothing fills in. I went to settings to turn off the request for authentication, unticked the box, and see no where to save that. When I refresh the screen, the box is once again ticked.

Hello, Firefox is set as my default browser. However, when I click on a link in an email or website, it always open in Chrome. I cannot get it to open in Firefox. thanks for your help.

Здравствуйте. К своему стыду не могу разобраться. Поставил опции, во вкладке безопасность, удалять Куки и Историю по выходу из Firefox. При этом история сохраняется, при последующем запуске браузера. Так же при следующем запуске браузера, при авторизации на сайтах, автоматически заполняется поле "логин", "телефон". Как сделать что бы не заполнялся и была очищена история? Спасибо.

I have the same problem https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1421734 it's not a pdf. If I want to print a shipping label from eBay using Firefox nothing happens if I try to make it bigger. I can make it smaller but it is too small to begin with. If I use Brave or Edge (using the same printer) it works I can adjust it and make it bigger up to 200 %. I have already reset the printer options in Firefox and tried when disabling all add-ons.

Hi! Relaying this for another Firefox user. Whenever they go to Google Images, it seems like the images don't fully load. GIFs don't play, and it ends up showing the preview rather than the full image. This isn't happening on other sites like Bing. Any ideas what could be causing this? A uninstall and reinstall didn't help.

I want the tab button to stop navigating any web page. Im tired of the alt tab shortcut moving my focus around and forcing me to completely refresh a page just to interact with it again.

Please do not tell me to use about:config browser.toolbars.keyboard_navigation. It doesnt work because its not what im looking for. I want to disable the tab key in my browser. Period. 100% gone. Stop bothering me ever again type deal.

Is there a way to disable tab key navigation that doesnt require a year of coding experience with an obscure addon that probably doesnt work as of 10 updates ago?

I can not log into my Harley ride planner account. Its not the websight as I can log in on my I phone. I get this message.The resource at “https://www.harley-davidson.com/etc/designs/h-d/images/dropdown-arrow-white-2.png” was blocked by OpaqueResponseBlocking. Reason: “nosniff is true and mimeType is an opaque-blocklisted MIME type or its essence is 'text/plain'”. How do I fix this? Thank you Paul

I've tried a few addons that download website images but the website I go to has thumbnails that are linked to larger jpg's and addons I've used won't download the linked jpg's. I used "Download all images" addon which has a "Deep Search Option" and filters for downloading linked images but I can't get it to work. I couldn't figure out how to use the filters. I read about another addon called "download-links" that can search linked images and I might give it a try. Any suggestions? Has anyone tried "Download all images" addon?
