Stopped receiving daily Washington Post newsletters yesterday, and they question if Firefox changed something? Is there something new preventing receiving them? If yes, how can I change it to allow the Washington Post e-mails? Thank you!

I keep getting a prompt to update the latest Firefox update on my windows laptop. I actually did it and lost everything I needed, like bookmarks and asked for help and the instructions were so difficult I gave up. I don't know how it happened maybe I shut down and opened it again but I opened another tab and my old 'stuff' was all there so I closed the tab with the new update. What I'm saying is one tab had my old way and the other tab had the 'new' terrible way. Now I can't stop the prompting to update Firefox with the latest. I don't want the latest update if I'm going to run into the same problem so who can I talk to about this? Don't send me a link to do this and this and that. Not everybody knows how to do all that or even understand it!

Firefox/mozilla spends so much time jerking each other after new updates, THEY FORGET that more than half are stuck with a crappy update and NOBODY AVAILABLE TO HELP.

 I suggest you provide a link for REAL help.  Stop hiding like cowards and help the people your updates end up screwing up.
  OR MAYBE you can actually create an update that WORKS.

Your latest update destroyed everything and nothing works. So how about you dummys be available to actually help your customers.

  Do you think an update that takes users DAYS TO FIX  is an update you can be proud of???!!!

An update should NOT cause users to spend hours looking for a solution your damned update has caused.

Was working yesterday. I didn't change anything. Calendar loads but can't open or create items. Mail loads, but cannot open or delete emails. Looks like it will open email, but doesn't. Tried restarting computer, clearing site data and checking version of Firefox. Erroneously states updates disabled by site administrator. This is in Linux. Linux says current version of Firefox.

I have a lot a devices. I would like the majority of settings/etc to be synced with my account but I would also like to be able to have some add-ons excluded. For example I use Persepolis download manager for the devices that support it but not all my devices support it. Result is I have to toggle active addon every time I switch devices as it syncs.

I have tried Import Wizard from Firefox but unable to see Avast Browser in the list, restart the pc and re-launched firefox import wizard , still unable to see Avast brower in the list

Run the firefox installer again - no go

About a week ago I started getting these message windows 'Gah. Your tab has crashed.' I have never seen these before now they're everywhere. I have tried all the Troubleshoot procedures and nothing seems to help. I've done all the cleanups and checked the add-ons but there is nothing new and no changes I am aware of.

I recently switch to Firefox and I'm enjoying it so far. One problem though, continuously using Firefox over a long period of time cause it to use more memory than normal. I assumed it was because of the large amount of tabs i kept opened but even when i had closed most of them, the problem still persist. This lead to worse performance and more frequent crashes. One way I found to have helped is to close and reopen Firefox, but the fix is only temporally.

Hello, is there a way to disable the Firefox update screen. It appears several times per day and it is VERY annoying. I want to stay on this version since for the first time in many months I have no problems.

Lets say I have xyz.abc as a pinned page, now when I keep xyz.abc as homepage in settings, on reopening the browser it opens a new tab rather than the one that I have Pinned.

How do i make it so that it doesn't open a new page rather directs me to the pinned page when I open ze browser.

If I use Chrome, this does not happen.

When I use Firefox, Every. Single. Time. I log into gmail, all the instructions are in Chinese. If I just log out, default is Chinese. Do I need to change my email address? Gmail is my work email, also, and it doesn't happen with that account at work, but the default browser is Chrome.

Yes, I've repeatedly changed the language back to English. I have 2-step verification for logging in. I just changed my password, closed all browsers, reset trusted devices. Did not help. If I use Mozilla Firefox, when I type in gmail.com, my email addresses are in English; everything else is Chinese.
