I don't know but I'll say that I've tried using troubleshooting mode, cleared my startup cache, reset the browser and redownloaded the entire application. this happened after I cleared some stuff from my laptop don't know if that has anything to do with it though

I am having a periodic issue where, when I have Firefox in full screen, the top portion of the screen is blank bar, where the open tabs and search bar should be. When I toggle to another application, Word, perhaps, it doesn't look that way. When I close and reopen Firefox, I still see the blank bar. The only resolution appear to be restarting my computer.

I am a long time Firefox user and absolutely love it. First of all thank you for this amazing product.

I run Firefox with "Open previous windows and tabs" selected in my General settings. When I exit/restart Firefox, it reopens all my windows and their tabs. More importantly, it places them in their original desktop workspaces, BUT this only works reliably in Windows.

In Linux I have a problem in that some windows "remember" the workspace they were in, some however insist on reappearing on the "first" workspace.

I use Firefox with GNOME 42 and a fixed number of workspaces. (Gnome now has dynamic workspaces which are a bit similar to Mac OS, but I have turned that off.

Right now I have 6 windows open:

• two of them (L1/L2) are Linux-related and are in workspace 1
• two of them (D1/D2/D3) are Development-related and are in workspace 2
• one of them (S1) is science-related and is in workspace 3

When I exit Firefox and restart it, all windows go back to their respective workspace except for D3 which appears in workspace 1 instead of 2.

Furthermore, if I open a new window (N1) and visit any site, then it exit/restart always makes it reappear in workspace 1.

This is very annoying. I have no idea how L1/L2/D1/D2/S1 have “stuck” to their original workspaces, but anything new I open seems to ignore the workspace it was placed in and insists on reappearing in workspace 1.

Is this something Firefox controls, or is it the role of the desktop (in this case GNOME) to do this?

why do i get this,(We're experiencing technical difficulties.) on all pch.com and spectrum.pch.com

Firefox sucks  :( now blocking all my game site bank site and others after the last update I can't get anything but INVALID URL I have been using them for over 16 years now I can't get any of the sites I have to use I'm getting rid of it if I can't get any help to fix the problem.

Firefox on Windows 11 now runs at 100% and a stack of ram. Obviously this slows down my PC and this is only on the home page with nothing to look at. This makes it unuseable. Tried help pages - no use at all. Why am I asking an unknown instead of Mozilla? To big for their boots?

not sure if I ask this of firefox but I wish to at times use accent symbols such as a "fada" for Irish people's names. I am on a windows 10 machine.

don't know if this is something I seek via Windows (don't know how to find how to do that either)

just asking here cause I thought it might be something with the browser I use.

Firefox recently upgraded on my desktop. I ONLY use Firefox - do not want Google, Edge, Etc. I can get into all of my on-line accounts with the exception of my Bank Account. I do not get a message about browser - but if I click SIGN-IN, it just sits there. I called my Bank...told me I have to use Google, Chrome or Edge - DO NOT WANT TO USE ANY OF THOSE. I had no issue signing in until it upgraded. PLEASE tell me how to fix this - I have cleared my Cache and History, etc. Nothing works. Please HELP!!! Do not want to use another browser to access this account - do not feel safe with any of them - why I use Firefox. Thank you.

For a few months now I can't upload anything larger than 500 MB on Google Drive. I did talk to GD support and it worked fine with Chrome and Chromium. So whatever is causing this problem, it's in Firefox. I tried with a clear Firefox (one with no extensions by deleting /.mozilla) but it's still the same - the upload starts but then stops within the first 30 seconds. Ping and traceroute are all perfectly fine to google servers, no losses, so it's not the connection either.

Firefox is the latest stable version: 101.0.

When I try to use a link in my Yahoo Mail, I get this message:

Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window.

I don't know how to do any of this. And I cannot use my links in my email.

I downloaded the VPN program and it worked Yesterday. Today the icon and the program have disappeared from my computer. How do I get it back? I've looked in the apps, and attempted to re-download it but nothing works. Please Help, Kathy

Firefox is up to date. All other sites work. Everything worked fine when i went to sleep, trying to do some research on youtube right now and all I get is the error message.
