I previously had a Firefox account registered with my original email address. Recently, I changed the account’s primary email by adding a secondary email address, switching it to become the primary email, and then removing the secondary email address.

After completing this change, I attempted to create a new Firefox account using the original email address that was previously associated with my account. However, during the sign-up process, I receive the error message: "Primary account email required for sign-in."

It appears that the original email address may still be linked to the previous account in some way, preventing it from being used to register a new account. I would like to understand why this is happening and how I can free the email address so it can be used to create a new Firefox account.

The Facebook page on Firefox has the "fly-outs' overlapping the base page instead of the 'fly-out" appearing in a separate tab. When I use Chrome, which I do not want to, the "Fly-out" pops up correctly. I do not want to switch to Chrome ... How can this be fixed? Thank you!

I’m currently facing a very frustrating issue with Firefox. I have been using Firefox for many years, and it is my favorite and most comfortable web browser for my day-to-day work. I rely on it heavily as all my bookmarks and other important details are saved there.

However, over the past few weeks, Firefox has been crashing more than 10 times a day. I have already tried all the troubleshooting steps available in the forums and through AI support, but none of them have resolved the issue. I also tried installing and using the Firefox Beta version, but the problem still persists.

In our environment, other users and devices are not experiencing this issue, so it does not appear to be related to internal firewall or antivirus restrictions.

Would it be possible to extend the "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" to not delete cookies from any domain stored in a bookmark? (I don't want to delete those as I'll get logged out/lose my preferences etc)

I was able to use Firefox for Animoto then for some unknown reason my project disappeared. I can access on Safari. When I try to open Animoto.com in Firefox a page comes up with My Projects page plus Animoto's Create a video and that is all that shows, the page is inactive. Same when I try to log in to my account. My computer is MacBook Pro Tahoe 26.3. I would be very grateful for a solution.

Updated and lost everything in my browser and now is complete crap, no bookmarks, and it install google as a search engine that doesn't work. Can you help me rollback to the version that worked just fine? Searched help and didn't find a way to resolve problem.

Is there anyway in the setting to stop a shortcut from being added every time I visit a site? I only want sortcuts that I use. I have attached a screenshot circling the ones that keep popping up as an example.

Hey friends, n00b questions - how do I allow pop ups on a website again?

I accidentally clicked too fast and clicked to not allow pop ups again on a site I need a window to pop up.

I went to settings to make an exception for the website, but it still does not work.

Any help please?

通过设置

1. 添加 COOP 响应头 add_header Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy "same-origin" always;也无法解决

设置空白页再重定向也无法解决
