HI Firefox Team,

I recorded a webcam video from the Firefox browser and that video played in Safari browser. but the video is not supported in Safari browser which is recorded from Firefox.

None of my websites I try to visit want to load, I have tried multiple websites but I just get loading line in the top of the tab but nothing works.

I have tried visiting stable sites likes google but still nothing will load. I have tried another browser which works fine.

I am running version 113.0.1 on windows 11

Just curious, how is it that Firefox does NOT reace to the windows 10 display manager? All other app windows do what they're supposed to do whtn you use the "taskbar + right click" function to cascade windows, show windows stacked, and/or show windows side-by-side.

However, Firefox does minimize with windows + D (show desktop/show windows).

NB: Not critical. Just convenient when I have too many apps [10-12] running at the same time.

In case user network namespace are disabled on linux, fork return ENOSPC, as the user network namespaces are exhausted (as the limit is set to 0 [1,2]).

It would be great if there would be a work around for such a situation that user network namespaces are disabled. It would be even better if firefox could handle that situation gracefully and run without `CLONE_NEWNET` automatically.

Recently an update popped up and I allowed it. Since then, two major changes. #1 each time I open Firefox it loads all my bookmarks at the same time. I have to close it and reopen a new tab instead. #2 when I try to search on Google it automatically transfers to Microsoft Bing which I do not want. Any suggestions?

I cannot connect to Facebook using Firefox, but can connect fine using other browsers like Chrome. It used to connect automatically but now requires a password and although I enter the correct password Facebook does not accept it. When I try to change the password Facebook does not seem to receive or allow any changes. I assume it is a Firefox browser problem since I can connect using other browsers on both my desktop and cell phone.

Starting a couple of months ago, images do not load in emails sent by Constant Contact despite the domain of the sender being in Outlook safe sender list. This does not happen in Edge or Chrome or Safari. Interestingly, adding a new domain to the safe sender list will result in Firefox very briefly displaying images then refreshing with them removed.

How do I disable Ctr + End keyboard shortcut when editing text inside a text box?

Every time I use Ctr + End when editing text, page scrolls down. It gets old and is really frustrating. Is it a bug in Firefox or crappy code of webpage?

I'm unable to view a hyperlink from my yahoo email account. I keep getting a message: We can’t connect to the server at r20.rs6.net.

When I print to a PDF file, Firefox changes internal links (#go-there) to full external links (either https://the.website.tld/paper.html#go-there or file://home/me/paper.html#go-there).

This is obviously wrong, since the links are internal to the document.

How to I change this behavior?

For years I have used Firefox and every update has been seemless. This one is terrible!!

Every time I click to open a new tab, it opens a new page Every time I try to change tabs from previous to the update, it will not change. I am stuck on that tab Every time a new page is created I cannot open it because it has a "block pop up windows" and this is a setting that I did not change. I have had to turn off all blocking just to be able to change my password, to be able to typoe here.

You have basically stopped my studies until this can be rectified and I doubt anyone will repond to this message

All of my other bookmarks are accessible as normal. Previously my links to www.legislation.gov.uk worked normally but two days ago the link (and sublinks to specific legislation, which give different line and column numbers) has received the following error message

When I open the Google "Choose an account" page, my account name doesn't show up above my email address. The problem ceases only temporarily when I clear the cache and the Google cookies. Any suggestions?

This is a weird issue that's been plaguing me for years. Only recently have I spotted the common factor.

On two Windows 10 computers, sometimes when I copy/paste a link in Firefox, my keyboard input language switches from Canadian Multilingual Standard to US English. On my desktop, I don't even have US English installed as an input method, yet it still switches to it. I've even made registry changes to specifically remove it, to no avail. Disabling the option to switch languages via keyboard shortcut also makes no difference.

This seems to happen completely randomly. I'll ctrl+c/ctrl+v a link and the language will change. Putting it back to CMD and ctrl+c/ctrl+v again and it won't change. The change only happens when I copy/paste a link from Firefox. Maybe one out of every 15-20 times on the large scale, but sometimes it will happen twice in a row, or not at all for a week.

Does anyone have any insight on this issue, or how I can fix it permanently? It's such a weird issue and it's infrequent enough, but every time it happens it feels like tripping in a full sprint. Very unpleasant.

I recently tried to renew a subscription to continue getting alerts for the ISS flyover times. I entered the info to renew, and was told a code was emailed to my address. After 8 attempts over 2 days to receive the code (which was never sent or in my spam folder), I used Chrome to fill out the form, and immediately received the code.

To log on here to ask this question I used Firefox (and I have Thunderbird for my email) and repeated tries got me no verification code. Switched to Chrome and instantly got the verification email.

Just trying to figure out what is preventing me from receiving authentication codes after typing in legit requests with Firefox.

I am using Win7 (x64) with the latest updates of Firefox and Thunderbird. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have always found the "Save Image As..." menu command when right-clicking with the mouse in order to save an image. Recently the website where I download these images from has implemented an automatic zoom feature that changed this standard menu (now appearing with commands such as "Save Page As...", "Save Page to Pocket", "Select All", etc...). I cannot access any command that directly relates to the underlying image and so I am not able to save it. The website developers assured me that with their own browser (not Firefox, I presume) the "Save Image As..." option is still available, suggesting me to install a different one. I believe the reason of this change in behaviour is because the mouse does not find a direct link to the image any more (as if there was a layer in between running a script to enlarge the image).

My question: is there any other way to access the menu option I need? Why should other browsers be able to "see through" the image and have the standard menu?

When I go to Google.com, the cursor is in the Firefox browser's address field. And I have to click in the Google search field to start my search - if I remember to do so. Why can't the cursor just be in the Google search field?

I could search in the address field, but I'd have to highlight/delete the address. So it's easier to just click in the Google search field. But I rather just have the cursor be in the search field automatically. Is there a way to get that done? Or is that asking too much?

I am working on a new computer with Kubuntu and have FF installed via .deb.

On my previous computer, I could drag files from the downloads dropdown (eg download a file and then drag it into gmail as an attachment).

Now this is not possible. Instead, I need to go to the downloads folder in order to drag and drop a file. An extra step and rather annoying.

The problem is persists in Safe Mode.

Is there any way to get the old functionality back?

The built-in screenshot feature in Firefox is great in many ways, but for some reason when selecting "Copy" (Copy screenshot to clipboard) instead of "Download", and then pasted into the Apple Mail app the receiver will get a file attachement named "PasteGraphic-1.TIFF".

It would be a lot more practical to have it saved in the PNG format which makes the file smaller and more compatible. I haven't been able to find any option for this though, but is it perhaps hidden somewhere like in "about:config", or is this something the developers can look into?
