I have had serious problems with crashes; firefox even crashed in safe mode. Tonight, I was on Facebook. I got up and went to the kitchen and when I came back, Firefox was not present so I clicked the icon and a new tab opened up; all my previous tabs were gone. I went to "about:crashes" to submit a report for tonight but this didn't show in the reports. I really don't know what to do about the continuing crashes of Firefox?

How do I configure Firefox to work with the Sophos Home application on Windows? Many of the buttons on the Sophos Home application do not function. For example, clicking "Dashboard" does nothing. (It still prompts me to enter my Windows login, but nothing happens after I confirm; there is no error message, just nothing happens.) I confirmed the Sophos Home application does launch when Microsoft Edge is set as the default browser. Turning off Firefox plugins/add-ons and my VPN makes no difference. Firefox is up-to-date. I am on Windows.

Tried logging in on Corel website. Captcha not working on Firefox browser but works ok on Edge. Is there something I need to do to allow me through Firefox? Regards

I have always used Firefox to login to my rogers.ca account and all other accounts. Since a few months ago (not sure exactly when) I can NO LONGER log in to Rogers and have to use my Edge Browser. I really prefer Firefox and have no idea why it is no longer working!! I get the message "Sorry! Something went wrong."

Getting an invalid view state on my own website written in asp.net visual studio old version 2013, started today never got this problem before. Problem not occurring on other browsers.

Can't open Reddit Cats images. Show up as 3p (PNG image 1 x 1 pixels). They appear when clicked as completely black image with just one white pixel in the exact center. Any help (in words of one syllable 'cos I'm thick) gratefully received specialy if it works.

How can I stop DDG extension from performing searches in address bar? I have already set in about:config "keyword.enabled=false". This works fine for Google searches, but not DDG. I am using FF version 103.0.1. Thank you

I am sending push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging but I am not able to receive it in Firefox. But, when I send same push notifications to Google Chrome or even MS Edge, the notifications shows up smoothly. I checked everything, serviceWorker is registered for my website correctly, but still push notifications do not show up in firefox.

After upgrading Firefox from 102 to 103, LastPass Federated Login extension hangs (blank white screen) after Okta login completes. Firefox 102, works fine. Unfortunately, I cannot stop the automatic upgrade for Firefox. LastPass is critical to my work and I've uninstalled it as a result. I've contributed to both Firefox and Thunderbird as I believe they are the best at what they do.

Please let me know when this will be fixed, or how to disable automatic upgrades.

The scrollbar in Firefox 103 is too thin which impacts accessibility.

I tried various options in about:config and nothing worked.

I then changed the Windows 11 scrollbar settings directly in regedit and Windows showed the changes. Even Chrome changed the size of its scrollbar but Firefox refused.

How do I change the scrollbar width in Firefox 103? It's difficult for me to click on it as I get older.

Typically, when you right-click on a field or link or basically anywhere in a webpage the list of options appears or pops up at the point of the cursor. However, for some time now they all appear in the upper left corner of the Firefox browser.

In the screenshot attached, I performed the right-click from the "Find help..." field. But the list is in the upper left corner. The list appears there regardless of where I right-click on a webpage.

Is there a way to fix this so they appear at the point of the cursor?

I have my bookmarks toolbar organized by folders. Within the folders, the bookmarks won't stay sorted. I can sort them in the library window, but a few seconds later, as I am watching, they resort themselves seemingly randomly. The same order is shown in the browser sidebar and the library window, and it continues to change every few seconds.

I use Firefox on both my Windows PC and my iPhone, I turned on syncing for a while but turning it off and restarting the browser does not stop this annoying behavior.

In addition, some bookmarks duplicate themselves and I end up with hundreds of the same bookmark. This behavior seems to have ceased when I turned of syncing, maybe this is a second problem?

How can I stop this and keep them sorted and synced, while avoiding the hundreds of duplicated bookmarks?

This last upgrade on Aug 1st has completely screwed up my browser. My zoom is now insane, requiring shrinks that ruin boxes and other web objects. Half of my menu is gone. Never seen a worse browser disaster. How do I reverse this upgrade? Thanks for your time.
