Good afternoon!

I am writing to you regarding the blocking of my Mozilla account. The block occurred on August 5, 2026, after which I have been unable to use my login credentials to access the system.

I have constant access to the linked email. Prior to the block, I was able to log in successfully from my tablet, but when I tried to log in from my laptop, I immediately received a block on the first attempt. No verification code was received via email, nor did it appear in the spam folder.

I kindly ask you to investigate this situation and assist in restoring access to my account. I am ready to provide any additional information if required.

I do not want Firefox to be my default browser, nor to I want it to start when the computer is started. I DO want it to use the same tabs & windows as the previous time I closed it.

But every time Firefox updates automatically, it resets those setting back to te default. How can I get it to keep those setting?

Youtube videos are not playing when clicked, it needs a click to play button, which is tiring and wanted to quite firefox if not fixed. When playing youtube videos, where we click on another video, it opens and play for 2 seconds and then it stops, want the user to click the play button to continue, this is unwanted, please make this an option for those you want that feature. I tried to turn it off in autoplay, but there is no options to do so.

I have almost 20 such screenshots where the Google AI answers are overlapping and certain areas of the screenshot are overlapping and cut off (in the attached screenshot, the Step-by-Step points number 2 and 3 for Fluffy Breakfast Pancakes is cut off). Really annoying. I would appreciate the concerned team taking a look and a fix for this.

To recreate: Ask Google AI anything (this is the Google AI that you get to from the google.com homepage by clicking the AI Mode button) and make sure the answer require some scrolling. Then right-click and Take Screenshot > Save full page. Overlapping/cut off screenshot is saved. Thanks

Everyday Shopify asks me to verify my account but when I try to do so using my passkey it fails with the following error message: “We’ve encountered an error accessing your passkey. Try again or use a different method.”

When I hit the “Verify” button I can see a POST request being made to https://accounts.shopify.com/user-verification/passkey?native_app=false&os_name=other&token=XXXXXXXXXX and it gets a 200 response with the following JSON:

The passkey popup from Bitwarden never opens.

I then use 2FA with my authenticator app and am able to login.

I’m using Firefox 153.0.1 and the Bitwarden extension 2026.7.0.

This used to work fine for me some time ago and I can still use passkeys using Chrome + Bitwarden on the same computer.

I've contacted Bitwarden's support and they tell me the problem resides either with Firefox or with Shopify. I've also posted this issue in Shopify's community forums and people tell me it looks like it's Firefox who's cancelling Shopify's POST request given the "user_submission_canceled_passkey" error code.

For the past few days, the text in the address bar can no longer be selected or edited using the mouse or keyboard. The “Customize Toolbar” option does not allow you to remove the address bar from the toolbar.

Unfortunately, compatibility mode doesn't help here either. The problem isn't caused by a plugin.

Is there any way to fix this without losing all my Firefox settings and add-ons? I'm hesitant to try repairing Firefox.

from the firefox desktop I cannot go to the selected web site nothing happens. But edge works normally I find that my memorised passwords do not work unless I use EDGE I am forced to enter the address of the web site manually but then I am not recognised as a regular client and have to my password safe but the passwords there do not match the current password for the site. Going back to EDGE removes the problems In desperation I thought I would uninstall EDGE but cannot all I can do is modify it which means refreshing it. What can I do ps I am using windows 10

Since my last 'Firefox' update, I am unable to connect (get logged in) with my bank online. It says...'routing...', but never connects. If I use Chrome or Edge to log in it works perfectly. Firefox is my preferred browser but that may have to change. I have Windows 11 as my OS. Yes, this has happened before when Firefox updates, but eventually it gets corrected, then, when a new update hits, the problem is back. Mozilla...please fix this, it happens with almost every update!

Please see attached images that show my settings for DNS over HTTPS set to cloudflare (default) i have to add exceptions to this for multiple sites that do not open. these websites either show me SSL errors or they completely stop opening entirely. what could be the issue here? the websites open completely fine once i turn off this feature or use another browser.

I open Extensions and I can't find my extension so I open manage extensions and it shows but it's not letting me use it the image that is roblox unfriender is the one not showing up and the picture of 2 extensions is the ones showing up don't roast me I'm a new user

currently running 153.0.1, in Windows 10 I started having trouble with web pages not working (I have auto-tab discard, so after a while the pages go dormant and when I go pack in they have to refresh) only they wouldn't refresh

I'd hit refresh and it would stay blank but if I opened it in a new tab it opened fine (noted this first in tumblr and youtube - probably since previous to last update) also opening links from an 'affected' (youtube video page that stops working) will also have those new tabs blank and eternally trying to load

then yesterday the problems ramped up; other pages start not working, not when I refresh, not when I open a new page. youtube videos will just stop loading, yahoo's inbox displays "no internet connection" warning (even when I can scroll tumblr, but the links still break) I can access those same pages and others normally in other browsers

also if I just keep working in the still half broken pages it gets to a point firefox simply stops allowing me to do anything on new tabs, it gets slower and slower, taking up to a minute to open one page (internet fine in other browsers). eternally frozen in loading pages do not allow me to access settings or react to pressing Alt, or pressing "stop loading"

I tried deactivating all extensions, I tried (and am currently writing this in troubleshoot mode) it still happens

if I restart firefox it works for a bit, and then starts breaking, timing seems rather random, (once it happened with one youtube video and one mail tab open, other time's i've opened several youtube videos a couple tumblr pages and one mail tabs (easiest to notice the "no internet connection in the mail tab)

MY FIREFOX IS HAVING AUDIO ISSUES. THE VOLUME INCREASES BY ITSELF IT HAPPENS USUALLY IF I ENTER OR EXIT FULL SCREEN MODE, OR IF THE VIDEO OR MOVIE STOPS TO BUFFER FOR A MOMENT IT WILL COME BACK ON AT 3 OR 4 TIMES THE VOLUME. ITS A IRRITATING REGULAR OCCURRENCE. IVE TRIED SETTINGS, AND UPDATES BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO FIX IT. IT SEEMS TO HAPPEN ON ANY WEBSITE I USE. (YOUTUBE, SEVERAL MOVIE WEBSITES AND CARTOON WEBSITES. ITS BEEN GOING ON FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND ITS VERY FRUSTRATING. I HAVE TO CONSTANTLY READJUST IT IN AND OUT OF ALMOST EVERYTHING I WATCH. HOW DO I FIX THIS ?

This keeps popping up on my website when I'm trying to watch movies or TV: Server Not Found. Firefox can’t connect to the server it's happening when I press any movie sites or TV shows, I've even gone to the settings and done no proxy and it's still not working, can you tell me how watch movies and TV's because this gets popping up Server Not Found. Firefox can’t connect to the server I am not a tech person says simple jargon will be, appreciated thank you.
