Actually, I believe the aspect of a browser that should not be changed casually is the UI that users interact with while browsing, such as tabs and sidebars. Any changes to configurable UI elements are acceptable, but Firefox should now refrain from altering the UI and instead focus entirely on fixing bugs and optimizing performance. The UI represents the face of a browser, and constantly changing it not only fails to attract new users but also neglects the needs of existing ones.

I restarted my computer, and when FF loaded all the tabs across the top where weirdly blank. I could see that there were tabs but no info. I restarted FF and then there were no tabs. Then I looked to history to restore previous session, and nothing. I've gone through all the various methods I can find about restoring sessions, and there are no sessions. See attached image. Session restore can not find a previous session. When looking for backup files, and using session scrounger https://www.jeffersonscher.com/ffu/scrounger.html I get a few tabs but nothing from my my most recent browsing. I had 28 tabs open, some in groups, and all of it is gone. I've had issues with losing tabs before but always got it back with the session scrounger, and now I can't find anything. What is going on?

So i reset my pc. And i saved a backup(BU1) of Firefox. But every time I try to restore my original backup(BU1), it keeps showing incorrect password. I know it's not but. I did find a workaround from the support page. I made a new backup(BU2). and took BU2s name and gave it to the original backup(BU1). I then replaced BU2 with BU1 in the new backup folder. But it is still asking me for a password. And from what I've read it should be using BU2s password. its not. what do I do? i can no longer access the original firefox because my windows account has been reset. What's even more annoying? I still have all of my passwords and all of my bank details. Without the back up. Because my phone and computer are synced. So I didn't even need to put a password on my PC backup. But I do need my tab groups. Any help would be much appreciated.

I am trying to watch you tube TV outside of United States. I am unable to connect to You Tube TV because it says that it detects a VPN proxy. How can I fix this so I can watch You Tube TV

Would it be possible to add a Settings option to open a previously defined Tab Group to open as a Tab Group (rather than as a list of individual tabs) when a new Firefox Window is opened or Firefox is started?

The edit icon on lower right splash page selects which photo for background display. My photo will not display and ignores my selection. Nothing happens. I have spent 24 hours trying to customize my Firefox but cannot complete my goal. Help!

When I reinstalled Firefox, my categorized bookmarks were no longer visible. I re-categorized them using "Manage Bookmarks" and it was then Bookmarks Menu. But when I opened Firefox to use it, there was no "Bookmark Menu" and only "Bookmarks", where they appear but not categorized. Where do I find "Bookmarks Menu"?

Firefox was recently updated automatically. Since then, I cannot access my Yahoo mail. I can access my emails using Bluemail. When I try to access my emails with Yahoo on Firefox, I receive the following error message.

I am trying to use the VPN feature to connect to BBC iPlayer in UK. I switched on the VPN in the browser and selected United Kingdom. It doesn't seem to work as BBC iPlayer tells methat I am connecting from outside UK.

How can I force FF (win11 v157.0) to always open links in a new tab without using <Ctrl> click or "center-wheel" click ?

Hello, I am unable to use henry.boerger@icloud.com to sign in to or create a Mozilla account.

When I try to sign in with this address, I receive the error: “Primary account email required for sign-in.”

The Mozilla account that may previously have been associated with this address currently uses henry.boerger.hh@gmail.com as its primary email address. In the account settings, no secondary email address is listed.

Nevertheless, henry.boerger@icloud.com still appears to be associated with a Mozilla account internally.

Could you please check the account association and remove/release henry.boerger@icloud.com so that it can be used as the primary email address for a Mozilla account?

Hi Mozilla Support Team, I am facing an issue while using WordPress on Mozilla Firefox. The custom fields and options inside the WordPress editor (Gutenberg / Classic Editor) are not loading or responding properly. Issue Details: Custom fields and meta boxes fail to render or freeze when interacted with. Data entered into these fields sometimes does not save upon updating the post. The same WordPress dashboard and fields work completely fine on other browsers like Google Chrome.
