Hi.. can you help me.

My Whatsapp QR Code cannot appear after the Firefox update. The QR code is Blank.. i have tried many ways to get the QR Code to appear but fail. Please help. TTQ

The UI font on Firefox UI appears to be corrupted. See screenshots attached.

The app was installed recently and not used much. When I launched it today the font appears like this. No other apps are affected.

I only have a handful of custom fonts and none overwrite any system fonts.

I'm afraid I cannot continue using Firefox, after the last change, since I can no longer keep my tabs open after closing a session, as I specified in the settings: "Open previous windows and tabs." Can someone help?

I'm trying to setup a new laptop and when I try to log in I enter my password, I get my email with my 2 factor code, enter it and then it kicks me back to the password screen saying "Incorrect password" . I've reset the password a few times and still get the same behavior. Am I only allowed to have 1 device logged in at once? I know in the past I was able to have multiple computers logged in.

I've imported bookmarks and passwords and stuff, and since refreshed firefox but can't find a way to fully restore it to initial settings, even uninstall and reinstall won't do it

Hello, My name is Michael Provenzano My email is [edited] @yahoo.com.and is attached to this account. and I no longer have access to my account. Everytime I try it says the above statement. "Your account has been locked for security reasons" I use 2 computers on this account. My home office and a laptop I use on the go. There is nothing that says where I can verify my account. Firefox is no longer saving all my history. OR, I can't find it. I can't find it because: HISTORY/SHOW ALL HISTORY is now only showing "today". This occurred with v133, but I do not know if it occurred with any given update. I updated to 134.0.1. That did not fix problem. I have not tried regressing.

In the past, I was able to save YEARS of history (although I sometimes created a new profile to restart the history file due to its size).

1. I was using the "DYNAMIC HISTORY" addon, which worked fine for years. When I found Firefox was showing only the current days' history, I disabled that addon. Didn't fix anything.

2. "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" option IS NOT SELECTED. NEVER HAS BEEN

3. OTHER SETTINGS: no - Always use private browsing mode yes - Remember browsing and download history yes - Remember search and form history NO - Clear history when Firefox closes

any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. I am also baffled: googling this problem comes up empty handed.

Trying to search on Firefox is now 70% impossible. Keep getting error code: Secure Connection Failed

What is going on with this? I even get this code when I try to search on how to reset ALL settings back to factory default. What can be done??

I was using Video Download Helper to download some YouTube videos. Suddenly, it stopped this evening. The button would remain grey. I tried using another LinkedIn video, and it worked, but it did not work with any YouTube video links. I gained access after I got a license 2-3 weeks ago Any suggestion on what is happening with YouTube links

I get a different UI when I open NotebookLM from google. My pixel tablet uses Chrome and it loads with the standard 3 panels but in Firefox I only get one screen. Everything else works in the program.

Used to work, and does work in the regular version of the desktop app, but no longer works in the beta for desktop 135.0b9, says: "Could not load the image"

I use the website MassageBook.com for my business scheduling and communications.

Yesterday, everything worked fine. Today, for some reason, I clicked to log in through Firefox and it got stuck in a loop, returning to the log in page but never actually logging in. I contacted MassageBook and the suggested using Google Chrome to log in. This worked perfectly!

My preferred browser is Firefox, but it's not working for my most used website! I would appreciate this being looked into and corrected ASAP!
