Hello,

I have requested support for this issue multiple times. Please assist.

Firefox always displayed my website main image until the latest update. Now on any device that uses the Firefox browser my main website homepage image does not display leaving a huge white area on the homepage. This of course is now a major issue that did not exist with this same image before.

Nothing has changed in the programming of my website which is why I need support from your tech and if anything is blocked could Firefox please unblock my main image to show on all Firefox browsers?

For awhile now whenever I visit Kickstarter, I never get the full page to load. I mainly notice it in the header where the info for the campaign information doesn't show on Firefox. I've tried playing around with my widgets and protection to see if that would allow the page to fully load, but nothing has worked.

Every now and then every tab on firefox would just refresh at once. I would be watching a youtube video or just browsing the web when everything just freezes and then refreshes and I would see the loading icon on every tab.

Running an Ad Blocker on Router/Firewall. On my Ubuntu 22.05 any browser (Mozilla, Chrome) just clears the area where the ad was at. Starting to use Windows 10 and all browsers leave a mess where the ad was. Mostly error message "...hmmm were having trouble finding that site..". Hope there is a way to clean that up with Windows as well.

why are some of my YouTube videos not showing up at all in FIREFOX? also says I don't have access to "community tab" on Youtube which I do. None of these problems with GOOGLE CHROME - why is Firefox being so glitchy? its become a terrible browser.

When FF (113.0.1) is maximized clicking on the first (left hand) pinned tab does not open the tab. Hovering over the tab doesn't change the background color of the tab.

If I restore down the window, hovering over the tab changes the background color of the tab from light grey to a slightly darker grey and clicking the tab opens it.

Is this the only way to send thunderbird an email??? If it is that's OK. I am a fairly new customer of Thunderbird. I have a new laptop and want to find out if Thunderbird has any questions forb me to answer. I think my password is OK, cause I signed in somehow. Hello. I just wonder why firefox connects to bookmarks url's right after you open firefox? Opening page is always set to:about:blank. I discovered this when I want to know some netwrok traffic from my laptop and I wanted to know which software causes that traffic. And then I noticed that only open firefox it takes connection to bookmarks url even it does not open any web pages - because the opening page is about:blank

For ‘few a few weeks now the option to choose where to save files has failed, even with the latest 101.0.1 (64-bit) on windows 11 Home. Any ideas?

This evening I changed the default location to my data area, so at least it will hopefully defaulting to ms 'downloads' folder.

If I Open normal window (not private) then click menubar/3 bar menu (upper right side) and click 'new private window' and then close normal window, it also closed my private window. v121.00

I want to uninstall and maybe re-install some add-ons. But when I goto the add-on page. It just appears blank. So are some other pages in the support/ help sections. Another most notably, is (via menu) help -> more troubleshooting information. It just sends me to a blank page! See the uploaded images for the pages I get send to.

Help please with changing my add-ons

I have two notebooks with Firefox (NB1 and NB2). NB2 rebooted and Firefox restarted losing all open tabs; now I would like to bring the tabs from NB1 to NB2; both have synchronisation enabled, but when I go to ‘Settings, synchronisation’ on NB2 it says ‘Synchronising in progress’ and nothing happens. I've also tried going to NB1 and sending a tab to NB2; I select NB2 and nothing happens.

When printing double-sided from Firefox 103, the second page comes out upside-down. A previous thread 'Two-sided printing rotating on wrong axis' reported this problem for Firefox 85 / 86, and said that it was fixed by updating to the current version. I have the current version, but am getting the same problem. I have tried manually setting instructions to flip on long side (portrait orientation), but that doesn't work. Help!

EDIT: Of course, moments after I posted this I discovered the solution - uBlock Origin was preventing the images from displaying properly. Please feel free to close/delete this question.

Hi Firefox community,

I'm looking for some help troubleshooting display problems with one specific website. (I've had no other issues like this with any other webpage.) This website is a log that we use at work to track cases.

The first screenshot is what the webpage is supposed to look like when displayed properly (loads properly in Internet Explorer). The second screenshot is what I see when I try to access the page on Firefox. I've also found that the links in the buttons don't work either.

A couple of things I've already tried based on forum suggestions that haven't fixed it: - Refreshed/reloaded the page - Deleted cookies/cache - Updated Firefox (currently version 119.0) - Reset Zoom, minimum font size, page style, checked that Javascript was enabled, unchecked hardware acceleration - Turned off Enhanced Tracking Protection, verified that Firefox wasn't blocking parts of the page through the padlock icon next to the address bar - Restarted my laptop after all of this (using Windows 11 on Dell XPS 15)

Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated. It's not the end of the world if I can't fix it but it's just a bizarre error and I'd prefer to not open Internet Explorer every time I have to use this website.

I want to be able to start a live stream in Mighty Networks - all seems to work, except the go live button is blanked out. I tried all the usual up to reinstalling firefox and generating a new userprofile in windows 11 and getting a brand new firefox version running in the new userprofile. With other browsers like chrome it just works fine.

On my latptop running windows 10 firefox does not encouter this problem.

Any suggestions are very welcome, I can of course switch browsers but would prefer to see this issue resolved.

So I wanted to join Rally, but I am concerned about granting access to my passwords and logins to the Rally clients. If I create a new profile and sign in with my only Firefox account will Rally clients have access to my passwords and logins from other profiles?
