The "Latest Tweets" header on twitter has recently started automatically scrolling and blocking whatever is shown on screen.

If I try to tweet, the screen appears to split and it is not possible to see the actual Tweet edit and post screen and the screen locks not able to move up or down.

This has only started in the past few days.

Can you help me to disable to scrolling of the sticky header?

Hi, I need to update my credit card details for my monthly donation to Mozilla but I cn't find out how to do it. I can't find a way from my Firefox user account to do it. Clicking on the only link I can find to Donate just throws a 403 error. Clicking on a link to help for Mozilla Donate does the same thing. Please email me advise how I can do this. Thanks, Andrew

mazdausa.com won't fully display. I just updated to version 100 (woohoo) and tried looking in troubleshooting mode, still no luck. The middle of the page where the car (picture) is supposed to show up is blank. The rest of the site loads.

I used to sign in to my credit card through Elan Financial Services and then I would highlight my credit card, tell it the date range I needed to update to Quicken, and hit enter. a popup would give me the option of opening the file or to save the quicken file to my computer. I would select the option to open the file and it would update my register on Quicken. Now, I only get the option to save the file to my computer. On Microsoft Edge, I still get the choice to open or save the file. Why doesn't Firefox support the Open Function anymore. I use Firefox for everything, but now I have to remember to switch to Edge for this one important update. Is this a change in Firefox or something I have to deal with Elan on? There are two suggestions (or questions if I simply cannot find these): - as the default behaviour of the browser, I want to be able to only see websites from Europe. However, when I am trying to use it in firefox as my Start Page, it opens all of these in separate tabs and it does not work. Also as far as I understand using the link is not possible for new tabs.

The reason is simple. For example, when looking for cooking recipes, pages from the USA use strange units that cannot be understood and there is no point in translating each of these manually as all recipes are available in million of versions - it is just a matter of clicks. But I don't want to waste time each time on checking the websites one by one; if the cooking website is from Europe, the units will be of a standard and I don't have to worry. It is the same in relation to many products of any kind. European and American markets are completely different and reading description of something only to find out at the end that it is only available in the USA is waste of time.

- it should be possible in firefox to block some websites or portals by some button. I know that there is an add-on for this but it is only for 10 pages or so, so in reality it is not very useful. It also only works in the way that the page won't open when clicked on. However, it would be much better if unwanted portals or websites were simply removed from search results.

There are too many fake websites nowadays providing incorrect or misleading information. If it happens that I come across one of these, I want to be doing that only once - and block them forever.

Good day, A month ago my system froze. Firefox re-loaded and went back to a clean install with none of my settings saved. Managed to get it back to where I had it before with one exception: All of a sudden, when I try to log into certain web pages, even Amazon, I get this message:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.amazon.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

However, if I log into the website using a VPN, I have no problem! Help! Thank you VERY MUCH! Pietro

I am currently creating a website in WordPress. It has many embedded YouTube videos.

On pages with embedded YouTube videos, in order to go back to the previous page, I have to click the Back button multiple times. If I right-click on the back button, I see that the page I am currently on has been listed multiple times.

Many other support questions list this issue. I have found that if I disable "Site Isolation" (URL about:config -> set fission.autostart to false -> restart Firefox), the issue goes away.

I am interested, however, in the user experience for those who will go to my site. Is there anything I can do so that "Site Isolation" does not cause this problem?

Before I took my computer to a repair facility and had to reinstall Firefox, my recent activity bar had all the websites I use and wanted quick access to along one lovely line. Now I have a bunch of "suggested" crap Firefox must be getting paid for along my recent activity bar. I've never visited these pages and selecting the menu trying to dismiss them doesn't work. How do I eliminate the sponsored sites and get what I want along the recent activity bar?

Every time I log in or refresh outlook, I get an email ad for outlook upgrade. It is from microsoft, and can be opened as an email, but it is an ad and can't be blocked. These emails remain blocked with Brave, and I am running an ad blocker. Will mozilla update to remove these ads, or is there an ad blocker that works better with Mozilla. When I inspect it, the first line shows:-

The photos page in OneDrive is having trouble loading most of the time. The page has the OneDrive header, and the section where the photos should show up is simply blank. Screenshot attached.

This is working fine on Google Chrome, but I would prefer not to use chrome for privacy reasons.

Can anyone help me with this?

Seems as if Firefox is updating every other day lately. I have Dashlane on my tool bar, and it seems to freeze/disable after every update. When I open Dashlane separately in the browser and log in, it congratulates me on installing it on a new device. What is Firefox changing with its updates that makes my computer look different to Dashlane? I cannot find the Dashlane version running but I do have it on automatically update.

I've always used Firefox as my default web browser. Now that Microsoft Edge got loaded onto my PC I can't access a lot of my bookmarks through Firefox. I get an "access denied" response. I've tried removing MS Edge but it won't let me. Is there a fix for this problem? How do I remove MS Edge? Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank You. Dale P. The new-ish print dialog every so often infuriates me. Today I needed to print a web page in landscape mode. But there was no landcape mode on offer. My printer definitely capable of printing in landscape

Hi, Could someone tells me how to deactivate the startup popup upon each firefox start which says (translated) "thanks this is 100th version of firefox, start navigation", or is it to stay until the 1000th annniversary ? Thanks

I cannot open OneDrive with Firefox. I tested Safari and Chrome to see if they have the same problem. They both were able to open OneDrive. The only Firefox extensions I have are Adblocker Ultimate and Print Friendly & PDF.

When I connect to my home router via HTTPS I get a popup with the message “Invalid Encryption Key”. I tried using other installations of Firefox and I don't get this pop up. I then made a new Firefox profile on the same computer and did not get the popup. So it seemed like a Firefox "refresh" would be in order. But after the refresh the problem persists.

So how do I resolve this issue?

Firefox is the latest version running on a Mac.
