Feedback on Firefox Widgets – Missing Indian Standard Time (IST)

I noticed that the World Clock widget includes Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) but does not provide an option for Indian Standard Time (IST). This is surprising given that India has one of the world's largest internet user bases and a significantly larger population than many countries currently represented.

India operates on a unique UTC+5:30 time zone used by over 1.4 billion people, making it one of the most widely used time zones globally. The absence of IST while neighboring time zones are available feels like a major oversight and reduces the usefulness of the widget for Indian users and anyone who regularly works with Indian colleagues, clients, friends, or family.

Please consider adding Indian Standard Time (IST) to the World Clock widget as a standard option. Its inclusion would greatly improve the widget's global coverage and usability.

Previous to version 151.0.1, when I pressed ctrl-L, Firefox focused the URL bar and I was able to edit the URL. Now, on 151.0.1, pressing ctrl-L clears the URL and a dropdown for the search engine appears in the left of the URL bar (see attached screenshot). I have verified this on a new, blank profile. Is there a way to restore the old behavior?

I don't know which question best describes my question. I have always used Firefox because it had two boxes for searching. This meant that you could type a search into the second box while keeping the first box open. Now that second url box is gone. How can I get it back? I used it all the time!

System Windows 11 - Firefox 151.0.3 All normal actions from mouse right click have disappeared eg open link in new tab or private window, copy, paste etc etc. The Settings General - Tabs has not changed and previously worked rt click ok. Any help to restore the rt click function will be appreciated.

Please return my Computer to using Firefox default as my browser as it was 2/01 /2026.Ive tried several times to do this w/o success . I was using windows 11 and have been trying to get rid of MS365 which I never used but have been charged for a solution , but have been blocked and refused cancellation after they asked me to change my email address and PW . Insanely confusing !

Hi It isn't really a question, but it get to know and learn how to use Firefox efficiently before I converted from Safari to Firefox. I knew much more in Safari than in Firefox. Once I know more about Firefox, Firefox will be a default browser in my desktop,mac. Thanks Ted

(srry if wrong topic) basicly when i use the customize firefox tab it tells me about the overflow menu but when i try to add BUILT-IN tools like zoom control it just, not, and also the overflow icon apears gray'ed out,

if someone can help me with this then pls reply to this, ill come back to this post like a week later

На на сайте поддержки Mozzila не нашел, ни интернет не подсказал. Я понимаю, что это автозапуск Firefox при запуске Windows. Но что конкретно делает данный параметр?

When I inadvertently press CTRL + R when entering text, it is VERY frustrating because the window refreshed and I loose all of what I typed! Is there some way to disable the CTRL + R combo so the window does not refresh?

WHY IS IT SO HARD TO JUST MAKE FOXFIRE MY BROWSER LIKE I HAVE HAD UNTIL SOMETHING WENT WRONG A FEW DAYS AGO AND I GOT UP AND COULD NOT GET IN TO MY MICROSOFT ACCOUNT. IT REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY PIN I HAVE USED FOR MANY MANY YEARS . I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. THANKS.

I am trying to disable the text segmentation behavior in latest Firefox(v151), but I have encountered an issue where changing the preference in [about:config] does not seem to have any effect.

Details:

   Target Preference:  intl.icu4x.segmenter.enabled
   Current Setting:       false

   Problem: 
   Even after setting this to false (and restarting the browser), the text segmentation behavior (such as word selection logic) remains unchanged and appears to still be using the ICU4X engine.

I would like to know:

  1.  Has this preference been deprecated or hardcoded to true in recent versions of Firefox?

   2. Is there any other way to disable the ICU4X-based segmenter or revert to the previous segmentation logic?

   3. If this is a known change, is there an alternative preference to adjust how word selection handles specific languages (e.g., Japanese)?

I am using the latest version of Firefox. Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
