I have an issue changing my billing information for Firefox Relay Premium. When I click on "Manage payments" I always get to a web page stating "Invalid billing information". See also screenshot attached. The arrow keeps turning and I cannot select anything on this web page to change my billing method.

I cannot get into the "Directv" url with firefox. i can on my Iphone. Beloiw is the error message i get.

I went through my laptop and turned off enhanced tracking protection for a variety of financial, work, etc. websites.

I was disappointed that this did not sync with my other computers.

Here's hoping Firefox developers will incorporate ETP exceptions into account sync.

As usual on forums, none of the subject choices exactly fit my situation/problem, so I apologize for any unintended misdirection.

How do I uninstall Privacy Badger. It's been disabled, but not uninstalled. Please be specific as to keystrokes, screens, boxes, location of item. Many instructions tend to overuse computer jargon or common industry synonyms used daily within their sphere, which a laymen cannot easily translate, and often raise more questions than they answer. Unsure if it really matter, for now, but my firefox account, when I go to edit bits and pieces, it gets my Firefox version correct, but gets my MacOs version wrong. I'm on 12.76 (Monterey), but Firefox is showing me as 10. Is this normal or anything that might matter?

I run a WP elearning site (cd-dojo.com) and I prefer to use Firefox for everything.

Recently I added a plugin and experienced an error and WP went into recovery mode - displaying a message and an exit recovery mode button.

I have since resolved the error, but was perplexed because I could click the exit button but the messaging was persistent. I did everything I could think of - including the recommendations of tech support - until I was ready to reinstall a backup. Then I thought maybe it's a browser issue, so I logged in as admin in Safari and the message is gone. See screenshots below.

Since then I have tried everything I can to remedy with your support information including restarting the computer, clearing the cookies and cache, restarting in troubleshoot mode, and reinstalling firefox. Nothing has resulted in any resolution.

So, I'm presenting this to you. I can continue to work on the site using other browsers but I prefer to use Firefox. Can you help?

On Firefox version 140.8 using a MacBook Air, shortcuts for Extensions no longer appear as icons in the toolbar.

Online guidance to get Extension icons back in the Toolbar have failed. One suggested following the jigsaw icon in the toolbar to 'Extensions'. But none of the links under Extensions included the option to 'pin to the toolbar'. Another suggested using the 'Customizing the Toolbar' route. That too included no option to add Extensions.

Anyone know a better fix? Your suggestions are much appreciated!

Hi It isn't really a question, but it get to know and learn how to use Firefox efficiently before I converted from Safari to Firefox. I knew much more in Safari than in Firefox. Once I know more about Firefox, Firefox will be a default browser in my desktop,mac. Thanks Ted

I use an iMac (2019) and MacBook (2015) but my tabs aren't syncing between the two.

I've refreshed the syncing a few times but the MacBook is still showing two lots of tabs for the iMac, and both of them are showing pages that are no longer open.

I'd really like to be able to move between the two so if anyone has any suggestions on how to get FireFox to sync, I'd be really grateful. :-)

Reader view doesn't work on many Lifehacker pages/articles. Can something be done to make it work on those pages? Here's an example:
