Hello, i installed windows again and now I wanted to get firefox again, I want to login and get that Code sended to my email, but after I click on the button where I have to write that code it saya unexpexted error

i've been having an issue with back ups(not the problem here) but at one point, i changed a secondary account to the main one, and now when i try to log in, and it sends the verification email to my email account, i never get the emails, so i cant log back in, i dont recieve any of them, checked spam, and every folder i have, not only for that email account, but for all the ones i have connected to my mozilla account and i dont have any emails there, how can i fix this

sync and account email i want to login - i know the password but i never get the code for verify to login on my mail.

its not in spam, unwanted or anything else. i tried it many times now but i never get any mail so i cant login anymore.

how should i ever get access to my account again? because there is no other way..

I'd like to import my bookmarks on a newly installed Firefox system. To do this, I need to log in and enter a verification code. This code arrives by email, but only after a few hours. So it's too late to enter it.

I looked on multiple forums but can't find an answer.

I am trying to setup 2 way authentication for the Mozilla extensions account. But i can't get past the "Confirm backup authentication code" part.

I get the error:

"There was a problem confirming your backup authentication code"

Here is the codes that i got (can be public because it's expired and i left 2 of them out):

So i copy just one of them, and i get the error.

• No im not copying all of them, just one
• No i don't have spaces in there
• No there is no capitals or anything in there or caps (im copy pasting).

It's very odd and i can't upload my application.

Please advice. Anyone have some idea?

i AM SICK OF THIS. eVERYTHING i HAVE ALREADY IS PROTECTED. i DO NOT NEED fIREFOX BLOCKING ME OR SENDING MESSAGES TO A PHONE THAT IS DOWNSTAIRS. do YOU KNOW HOW IRRITATING THIS> i GUESS IT IS TIME TO FIRE YOU AND FIND ANOTHER BROWSER THAT IS NOT DISRUPTING MY LIFE.

Since yesterday I cannot log in to my hotmail accounts via Mozilla. It keeps coming up with the message "Please retry with a different device or other authentication method to sign in". I select sending a code to an email to try a different way but it doesn't even send the code either so I simply cannot log in

I can log in via Microoft Edge so the issue appears to be with Mozilla but I have no idea what has happened or how to fix it

I love Mozilla so do not want to be forced to use Microsoft Edge :-(

Every time I change my password or I try to change my password I get notifications double notifications actually one with an eight digit number one with the six digit number it's going to the same account but it's also going to another account in another town how do I stop this

Hey, I have a new laptop and want to login to my account. My account is an hotmail.com one. After giving the password Mozilla is suppose to send me an email with an authentification number. The email is not coming. Not in the spam section, anywhere. Tried multiple times, same issue. Add Mozilla to my contact list, nothing changes. Tried to change my Mozilla account email address, not possible as I need to pass through this process again. Is my only option to delete my account and creat a new one with another email address?

I’ve been hacked. They actually got into my email. I found emails in the trash from Mozilla with had codes on it to change my information I have since retrieve those and I have lockdown with the two authentication and changed my password. How else can I get support as far as this is not happening again.

I have had a Yahoo Account since early 2000's until my home network was compromised and they locked me out of all my accounts back in 2021. I waited until the end of 2022 or begining 2023 and contacted firefox support via 3rd party who was able to unlock my account once i signed up for a subscription. well that phone was lost and along with access to [" [edited] @YAHOO.COM & ph# ([edited] [edited] associated with the account "] and would like assistance getting back in.

I have tried 4-5 times today unsuccessfully to setup my Firefox browser on my new Mac laptop. Cannot seem to actually receive any emails from Firefox with the verification codes. Have checked my spam filters, no emails sent there. Nothing sent to other email folders. Made sure accounts@firefox is in my address book. Not forwarded to another email address. And have sent test emails to my account associated with my Firefox account. They come thru successfully. But nothing at all from Firefox. Is there an email problem today from the Firefox servers?

For a while already (week or 2) i'm trying to activate 2FA on my account, but i always get the following error

"There was a problem enabling two-step authentication. Check that your device's clock is set to update automatically and start over."

I tried it on multiple laptops (all macbooks) with and without VPN and on an iPhone, but the error is the same everywhere.

The error shows in the final steps, after i downloaded and entered a security code. It brings me back to the account page with the error

Mozilla - SICK TO DEATH - of a product that has poor or zero customer support. Now like FireFox. Been loyal to this Browser for many years and in return - zero customer support. trying to sign up for THIS crap "help" not from FireFox of course, but from "VOLUNTEERS" so NOT Mozilla/FireFox and they don't get paid to help the company?? Bad biz all around.

Why do I have my time wasted "solving a problem" THAT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN IN THE FIRST PLACE??

"Signing Up" for this "help" group - typed in my email addy, chose a password, then received a "Code" to verify my email. Received ERROR message "Bad Request (400) from FireFox??? asked to be sent a NEW code - did that 3 times - receiving THE SAME EXACT BAD CODE 3 TIMES!! but oh, somehow I'm in to this "help" group anyway. How will I get in again?? or come back to check on answers WITH NO PASSWORD???

Anyone else have this type of deliberate Obstruction method of getting help?? This is NOT even the main issue I wanted to get help.

I'm having an issue in accessing a website & haven't before. There are 2 e-mail addresses associated w/my account since signing up for Mozilla. Just yesterday it changed after a download & now I'm getting 2-factor set up when accessing one website. Please advise if you have any ideas.
