The AI overviews that I am used to seeing at the top when I ask a question have disappeared. I think it has something to do with the AI controls but I can't figure out how to turn that option back on in Windows 10 Firefox. The only video I found refers to Windows 11 and the screens don't match. Is this feature still available and if so how do I enable it?

in FF devtools, i'm debugging my network requests. but it is NOT POSSIBLE to copy a specific number of error messages (like "the first three lines"). the selection deselects instantly, spamming cmd-c does NOT copy the selected text, right click only offers "copy (one) value" or "copy all" which is ALL, including miles of stacktraces which i don't want to copy. it behaves like it's constantly being updated, but it's a one-off request and displaying the results. there is no need to unselect
this is infuriating. why is it like this?? PLEASE change it (if there is somebody here who can?)

For a few weeks now I have been unable to obtain email addresses from my bt address book when sending emails. If I type an address it often disappears when I press send. This makes it nearly impossible to send to a team list.
BT tell me that the email set-up is working well and it must be a server problem. They suggested clearing the history and cache on FireFox which I have done but no change.
Other servers seem to be ok but I don't really wish to change from Fire Fox which I have used for years and well set up.
Please could anyone advise?

I use and have many documents on Office 365 so I don't want to delete it. How can I stop that from happening. I can't disable the Microsoft browser.

I follow the three steps properly ending with the FF icon in the browser box. That does nothing - unless I need to acknowledge its done, but where do I do that?
