You know what, I am going to stop using Mozilla Firefox as my default browser, for, it does NOT seem they listen. It is very frustrating and time-consuming NOT having in Edit, on the pages of Firefox, the ability to CAPITALISE (UPPERCASE) word, or words. It seems to me that Firefox does NOT recognise the importance of this, or they just don't give a damn.

IN RECENT WEEKS Firefox often crashes or freezes and then text box says "sorry..." So is it just my machine? i can't find help on this. it offers to close or restart and says it sends a report to you. also for some reason the ff logo on the taskbar duplicates when i connect to it, so that there are two logo icons. this is not usual. thanks, bill

For the past two weeks, I have been unable to get to many usual web sites. Just now, it does not connect to my bank, although it did earlier. I cannot get my morning newspaper because it doesn't connect. My work flow is disruptive because I cannot access my usual websites in a timely manner. A few weeks ago, this never happened. What is wrong?

Opened Firefox browser and it defaulted to "New Firefox" browser that said I could stop other sites from tracking me through cookies which provide greater privacy. I downloaded the new Firefox browser and now any attachments or links in emails crash. Was this a bad site?? Need help fast!

I recently changed my browser from google chrome to mozilla firefox. But now I can't use my visacard not any more. I'm unable to buy something with it via paypal or gofundme or etc. I think it is because I switched from browser. But now I don't know how to fix this. Will you help me please?

I subscribe to Shutterstock, but though the image selection is excellent, I'm having problems finding the option to save or save as, so I can't successfully download them and insert them in the text of my post. What's the fix for this?

How do you set up two separate bookmark files? I want to be able to use separate bookmark files for two different people using the same PC and be able to switch between them depending who is using the PC.

I am a retired senior and not tech savvy. I have a refurbished Dell laptop. I can't open my gmail account---see the emails, respond if necessary, save or delete.!!! This is stupid. I shouldn't have this much trouble!!!.

When I try and log into the National Lottery it keeps telling me I'm not in the UK. This is on my Desk Top.

When I do it on my Laptop I don't have this problem. I am using FireFox on both.

Can you help or do I need to go elsewhere.

Hello Mozilla Family and Forum Members. It uses a long amount of Mozilla developer edition and it does not show the distance between two divs. How can I turn this on?

Hello, I work for a company that creates and sells elearning courses. A user has contacted us with an issue when using Firefox. When the user takes a course, there is no issue. However, if they retake the 100% completed course, the screen goes grey/blank. This is only happening with Firefox and not with any other browser we've tested. We're using Articulate Rise (published using SCORM 1.2) to build our courses and they're hosted on a Moodle based LMS.
