Everytime I look for something in google it keep asking my preferences. Is it possible to "store" preferences for google so that it does not ask everytime?

Why is my Firefox blocking my password manager extension when I try to use it to login to my Firefox account? My password manager is Authomate (www.authomate.com). The extension works for every site but my Firefox account. I tried attaching png images but it just sits there spinning its wheels. Extension is free so you can try it.

I use MSN as my home page. This morning when I went on line instead of the normal MSN page it has a different version I don't like but the regular version still works on my phone and if I am accessing through Chrome. I have tried to reload/adjust but ti still looks the same Is my security compromised since I never made the change

Got the "new & improved" version 93, and it doesn't seem so improved. I can barely write this, as it keeps stopping and starting, and acts like we're underwater! It's using about 15GBs of RAM, and while I still have plenty on-hand, it's barely functioning! Come one, what's going on, will this browser ever just work?

The page isn’t redirecting properly

Every time I click on a link from any browser page, I get a page that says to try again, like couldn't connect error message to the effect. Once I click on the try again button it loads just fine. Is this a browser issue or have I possibly been hacked and the hacker is getting my info forwarded to him/her causing the browser to not recognize the command, and then once I click try again it goes on like normal?

I am a Linux user (Manjaro) and I've been using Firefox for ages now. I got hold of another computer recently, and I just installed Manjaro Gnome on it as well. I started Firefox, and suddenly I see a UI change, which I don't think is an update, but who knows. In this version of firefox the search bar (along with the new tab, refresh, pocket, etc buttons) are abobe the tab list (which spans the full width). You can see it here https://imgur.com/a/idqp5jb

Moreover, i tried changing themes via the Add-ons Manager and they can't be applied.

When using the Troubleshooting mode, Firefox is back to normal! But in normal mode it is not, so I am not really sure what the problem is. I would be thankful if you could tell me how to fix this.

For some reason when downloading audiobooks from Audible, the download window in Firefox is categorizing the files as mpeg4 (video) files using the .mp4 file extension. However, unlike audio .mp4 files, Firefox is encoding them as VIDEO .mp4 files. The files do not open in iTunes nor media player as (obviously) they aren't actually video files.

The files download properly as .aax files in Safari and Chrome so this is a Firefox issue and a recent one at that; thus, it could be related to the recent Version 93 update. There are a few others who have mentioned this issue in the community forum, but as far as I can tell no one at Mozilla has actually addressed the issue or offered help.

Yes, you can change the file extension to .aax once downloaded and it opens fine. The point is that there is no discernible reason the files should be categorized as video files in the first place, and since this function has been working for years until recently this seems like a bug the Mozilla team should fix.

get up this and my firefox is gone missing, everything, I had lost all bookmarks and history , how do i get it back, its asking me to start over.

after removing office 15 likest lost the file and ff would not work. I was able to locate legitimate file, but have no idea where to place. any one help with were to place the file and how,. thanks very much for any help you may have:)

Unless using Troubleshooting Mode whenever I try and download anything using Firefox either nothing happens or a new tab opens and closes without a download ever starting.

Even if all add ons are turned off the only way to download anything is through Troubleshooting mode.

Trying to log onto my regular Coles Supermarket and Target websites cannot because it is coming up with an error 403 XID: 198846465 why is this? Please Help ASAP. Thank you. What should I do. Tried clearing history and cookies not working. H
