First of all I would like to know why I have to surrender my personal information to get support. If I get one spam email or text I'm going to be pissed and on here looking for the person(s) responsible.

After an unwanted and un-needed update, all my tabs closed and I can't find them again. Then after rolling the browser back to a previous version, now all of my bookmarks are gone. I want them back where are they on the hard drive.

I can not remember my Sync password and it will not let me change it. Every avenue is blocked by a pop up window asking me for the password that I forgot!! This is insane!

Hi - I have TextHelp's Read&Write tool through my university, when trying to install the firefox extension i'm getting a notification saying that it can't install the extension because it's corrupt. I'm not sure what I'm missing but it'd be really helpful if I could get this onto firefox as I move away from google haha!

Any help to get this onto chrome would be appreciated! Thanks :)

I've been getting a glitch while typing emails in Outlook Web Access for the last couple of days where superscript type in dates looks like the image attached. It was working fine until sometime this week. I've tried using Microsoft Edge and the issue doesn't happen so I'm thinking it might be browser specific.

I'm running Firefox Version 135.0.1 (aarch64) on a Mac Studio with Sequoia 15.3.1 (24D70).

Can you advise please?

Got new desktop and cannot retrive my bookmarks. Granted old machine was 16 yrs old. I'd figure Firefox would have have a back up system. I'm 70 years young and this has got me scraching my head!!!! Not a computer expert. Thanks George

google search said this is Firefox intertnet speedtest app or extension but the actual descriptions says it's not monitored?? does firefox have a secure internet speedtest? why are these blank?? We've made some educated guesses about your current browser and operating system

Since the latest update of Firefox (version 135.0.1) when writing an e-mail the lines keep dropping down automatically at random intervals.

The e-mail host we are using is Polaris Mail, which is through our website provider.

To make sure it wasn't an issue with polaris mail, i have logged into our emails through microsoft edge and they have worked perfectly fine.

I have attached a picture for reference.

Lost Bookmarks after Microsoft upgrade(?) Since I'm using the latest version of Windows I don't know what to call what happened that came by way of Microsoft. So far as I know, I'm the only one reporting this. It would seem that if this was a change initiated by Microsoft it should have affected millions of users.

I just installed the MozillaVPN extension on my Windows10 laptop but can't use it because when I select the tool, it tells me to download and install Mozilla VPN - which is already running ! I've tried closing and re-strarting Firefox, and stopping & starting the VPN manually, but that doesn't make any difference.

Why can't I sync computer bookmarks to iPhone? I can't get my iPhone to show up on list of connected devices. I've tried everything in Help. I have a Mozilla Account. Running 135.0.1

From the Firefox Start Page on my iPhone (running 18.3.1) . . . the menu in the bottom right hand corner does not give me the option to "Sync and Save Data". This is a roadblock for me! I'm not a computer genius but I'm not completely ignorant. For the past few weeks Firefox has been crashing and freezing often. Crashes are worst when trying to access Protonmail, which almost always crashes the tab instantly. Freezes happen most often when browsing Reddit, and also when watching Youtube, but crashes and freezes can happen on almost any website.

I have tried changing profiles, refreshing and uninstalling/reinstalling, but the problem persists and seems to be getting worse over time.

Every time I try to view a pdf file on Firefox I can view the file but in the lower right 1/4 of the screen I get a graphic of a page with shaded areas representing lines with writing on them. There is a type of pen cursor moving along the line.

This happens with different pdfs - from the internet and from my saved files. This doesn't happen on another computer with Firefox.

I've deleted and redownloaded Firefox an number of times, also tried troubleshoot mode - no improvement. Virus scanned, restarted a number of times.

Pdfs work on edge and chrome and reader with no problem.

I have a screenshot.

Any Ideas? Thanks
