Quickbooks Online will not bring up the sign in page on Firefox. Chrome works fine on the same comp and network. When trying to sign in from Firefox it goes to a blank page with four spinning blue balls, no further.

bold textI forgot my primary password on my PC and I have my account synced with my phone and i still have access to my passwords from my phone. can I reset the primary passsword on the PC then re- sync it with my phone to restore all the login information? or would it also get deleted from my phone?

Since the days of Go Corp.'s PenPoint and Windows for Pen Computing, I have been accustomed to select text by just dragging the stylus --- that no longer works --- for some reason the stylus has now been dumbed down to be an 11th touch input which scrolls.

Why?

How can I get back the far more expressive behavour of drag-select text with a stylus and using touch when I wish to scroll?

As an FYI, I handed a stylus and my Samsung Galaxy Book 12 (running Windows Build 1703 which predates this change) to a technician at the local Best Buy and they had no problem selecting text --- when I challenged them to select text on a Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 running Windows 11 using the stylus they were unable to to.

Could we please have an option to restore the traditional behaviour?

isn't directly available in Windows 11, and the equivalent setting:

Settings | Bluetooth & Devices | Pen & Windows Ink | Additional Pen Settings | Let me use my pen as a mouse when it's available

doesn't seem to work when it is enabled.

Is there any way or any extention which can make a bookmark behave like a pinned tab? so that whenever I am browsing that bookmark is tracked and automatecally updated as I browse?

My browser had been showing garbled fonts on occasion over the past week. I refreshed Firefox a couple times, issue came back. I isolated a duplicate font that may have been causing the problem. That was resolved but I now I've lost the Firefox color theme I had, which apparently isn't offered anymore, but more importantly my bookmarks are a mess. Some are duplicated, some are not in the folder where they originally were, and the bookmarks sidebar looks different. The bookmark setup looks correct in the Library window. Can I get that layout back somehow? I do have many bookmarks.

Hello, With the latest Firefox update I lost the LastPass add-on, and Firefox will not let me install in again. I get the message "LastPass: Free Password Manager could not be installed because Firefox cannot modify the needed file." Can you help me with this please?

I got a new machine, and exported from a windows 10 machine running firefox and got a "bookmarks.html " file that was saved to my desktop. I then used a USB drive to put it on a new LINUX box with firefox running on it. something happened with the "other bookmarks" folder in my bookmarks list. It is empty and I cannot access it. PLUS there is ANOTHER "other bookmark" folder on the bottom of the list that I cannot access or select.

The "other bookmarks" on the bookmarks tab is empty (the one on the top of the list). I can't move a URL to it. There is also another "other bookmarks" on the bottom. which I cannot select and therefore cannot get rid of. And I have a link to some place that I also cannot select (and therefore cannot get rid of).

All the bookmarks in my folders and lists are ok and they work. I think the bookmarks list (which I cannot find in the linux file system) is corrupted. How can I find it, delete it, and then try to import my new "bookmarks.html" again ? Using Linux POP-os ver 22. Most recent release.

Hi, I can't play some videos in YouTube and other platforms like Crunchyrroll, Twitter or Vimeo, I've already cleaned the cache and deactivated all the plugins and there is no difference.

Hello, as of this morning, none of the bookmarks I save on my android phone are syncing across to my PC. When I open my PC, I can see that sync is still working (as all open tabs on my phone are showing as open on the Tabs Pickup screen). I can see that several pages I bookmarked yesterday have saved without issue, so this is something that's happened today. I have my PC set to clear history whenever I close the browser, but I've manually cleared all history and cache. I've also manually synced. I've gone into settings and checked that Bookmarks are still selected as one of the things to Sync.

I have gone to about: sync-log and this is what I see:

I signed into mozilla firefox on my father's computer at his home. I was visiting for the week and forgot my laptop. I logged his firefox account, then signed in with my details. Now I am seeing all of my father's login credentials when I am logged in to my firefox account at my home. I am not sure how it happened but I would like to not see my father's credentials for every website. Thank you.

Why is DuckDuckGo not your default search engine? You seem to be concerned about privacy and security. So why is a more secure search engine not your default upon installation?

None of my bookmark functionality is working. I have restarted Firefox and cleaned out all extensions etc and so doing have discovered it's only when I reinstall Last Pass that the functionality stops.

Is there any known fix for this, or can I simply no longer use both Firefox and Last Pass together?

Youtube has this issue the most. On any other browser YouTube works fine; however, on firefox, videos sutter, play at a very low FPS and if I try to interact with the page like pause the video, it takes somewhere between 5 to 20 seconds for the site to respond and actually pause the video.

This happens on other websites as well that have interactive features

Additionally, when on sites like discord or LinkedIn, if a video starts playing and I pause it the audio will continue playing and loop and overlap over itself. The only way it will stop is if I refresh the site.

I have tried updating my video drivers, reinstalling them, changing all the settings possible on my computer to make it work but nothing yet. Thanks for the help.

For the past three days I've been unable to get Firefox to load quickly as it used to before the last update. The last time this happened the problem was conflict with my security software System Mechanic. That problem was taken care of. This time I tried rebooting the computer, turning off all my add-ons, safe mode...nothing worked.

I'm using Win 10 64 bit. Can you help?

WHY is it that every time I try to search for something in Firefox it takes me to Wikipedia? I cannot use Firefox any longer for searches. Everything I try to do ends up as a Wikipedia issue. I cannot escape it, I can't delete it, I can't do anything with Firefox any longer.

Netflix will crash when DRM is turned on. When i turn DRM off, the website won't crash, but it is impossible to watch a movie (error F7701-1003).
