I am a user of a famous idiom dictionary, and I have been using this website in Mozilla Firefox for so long. But for the past few days since Mozilla has updated, this website has not been loading correctly and appears to be broken. Mostly it's designs and images does not loaded always. I have tried it in Google Chrome, and it works well there. I don't want to switch to Chrome since I have lots of bookmarks with Mozilla and am also familiar with it. I don't any problem with other side but with only www.theidioms.com So, is there anyway I can resolve the issue?

I am currently using Mozilla 108.0.2 (64-bit).

Hello, it‘s been a while I‘m having issues with playing the full screen videos on multiple displays setup.

Summary: When I start the full screen video, the system tray on other displays disappears. I can display it by activating different app on the other display but when I want to play the full screen video on one display and work in other Firefox window on another display, the system tray is not visible.

Version: 108.0.2 (64-bit) and many older versions.

OS: macOS 13.0.1

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce: Open the Firefox window. Open a new tab and move this new tab on another display. In the first tab, play some video in full screen mode. (E.g. some YouTube video.)

Actual Results: The system tray is not visible on all displays without the full screened video.

Expected behavior: The system tray is visible on all displays without the video playing in full screen mode.

Workaround: Firstly opening the tab with video in full screen mode (⌃⌘F) and then entering the full screen video ensures the visibility of system tray on other displays.

The system tray is visible also when working with other apps but Firefox. (Not possible when need to work in other browser window.)

Do you have this issue as well, how should we proceed?

We tried several times to log in to chase.com and repeatedly received this message:

This is unacceptable. We do not want to use insecure browsers, and the Chase website was fine until the latest Firefox update.

Hello there; I had installed the "savefrom.net" extension. This extension automatically generated the website address to the "bookmarks toolbar". I deleted the extension and deleted the shortcut as well. But when the bookmarked website shortcut "firefox" is closed and reopened, it adds itself to the bookmarks toolbar again. No matter what I did, it didn't work. I don't want to delete Firefox completely and reinstall it. Because there are too many shortcuts and data that I use all the time. How do you think I can solve this problem?

Hello! Since a month I have a strange problem - Firefox wont connect to any Google service - REcaptcha, google-analytics. Any site that uses these services would not load, or loads and waits until connection expires. I tried refreshing Firefox, the uninstalling and re-installing - the problem remains. I do not use any proxy or firewall on my computer. Opera and other browsers do not have this problem. Please, advice.

Hey all, (thanks for the continued work on firefox and happy new year) I use Firefox sync from multiple devices in my ecosystem, a micture of all three main OS (Windows, Linux and macOS / IOS). Some time ago, I must have had one device which probably generated a new device UID everytime it synced, or some kind of bug in the Firefox IOS client. This results in having a large magnitude of devices in my firefox sync account. I can only delete them one-by-one with a confirmation dialogue and a reload of the page, which is really cumbersome. I have the feature request of some easier device management policy here. Ideas would be either a "delete all" button and afterwards signing in again on all still active devices, or a series of check boxes to perform actions like a delete on multiple devices at once, perhaps even with a "select all" shortcut at the top. Hi there. Since a few weeks firefox refuses to open websites more and more. these are websites that can be opened without problems by other browsers (like "brave"). The error i posted above IS ONLY ONE OF PLENTY SIMILAR ERRORS shown on that occasions. It seems to be always a different one. This is going on also when i make an exception in MalwareBytes, which i am using for quite some time now with unchanged settings, and never had issues like that before. Couldn´t find any help on the support pages..... This is a relatively new problem (2-3 updates) and i want to keep using Firefox

Using FF 108.0.2 (64-bit) in Debian 11 Linux,I need to view http://www3.winsystem.org/monitor/webmonitor.php but my new laptop is very high resolution. I can control the text size with Ctrl+ but the background gif image of a small window with bogus scrollbar needs to be made larger somehow so that the white text can be read against the black portion of the image.

Is there some way to enlarge the gif image, please?

My website works perfectly in Edge and Chrome, but "View Cart" does not in FireFox. Additionally, I have the FB link so my customers can "like" my page; it does not display in FireFox. My MailChimp login repeatedly sends a verification code every time I log in with FireFox; not with Edge.

I have reviewed the recommendations for settings and nothing has worked. Using FireFox for years without all these issues. If I need to do so much to make FireFox work, I will have no alternative but to use Edge as my default browser.

I was trying to log into Firefox on a new computer and couldn't remember the password, so I reset it. Later, I found my original password stored on a different computer. Is there a way to log into my old account on the new computer? It seems to only recognize the new password, and there are no bookmarks, etc. saved. I tried reinstalling Firefox and that didn't work - it recognized that it had been installed before and would only accept my new password.

Firefox has inexplicably begun opening in a narrow screen by defalt. I want to set it to opening full screen by default. It's a pain to have to click twice or press F11 for full screen use. How please?

Hello, I was using my headphones for watching YouTube on Firefox but then I unplugged them and the audio has stopped playing. I thought the issue was with the volume of my speakers, but the audio worked on any other app. So I plugged my headphones again and I could hear the audio from them. Anything I can do for fixing this (I even restarted the PC but the audio only plays with headphones)?

Hi, I just replaced my SSD (Samsung 960EVO m.2 250Gb) for a larger/faster SSD (Samsung 980 m.2 1Tb) . I'm on Windows 10 and have 32Mb Ram. Firefox is now very slow on some websites (not all).

This example is typical and has occured on multiple sites. To test and compare, I copied the URL, created a new tab in Firefox, then Paste and Go. I timed this 3 times and each time was 30 seconds. I Pasted the same into Chrome and Edge and each time it was instant. https://savingschampion.co.uk/best-buys/personal/easy-access-accounts

On my previous SSD, there was never an issue of any lag on any site.

BBC.co.uk/news is fine, as are several other sites. Does anyone have any idea what's happening? This is making Firefox unworkable for me, so unless I can fix the issue, I will have to move permanently to Chrome or Edge. That would be a shame after many years with Firefox.

On starting FF now there is no focus, so other prog's can't e.g. open FF then download or enter a link, etc. directly. That is is a huge nuisance. Also Ctl+H or B (History or Bookmarks) don't work until the cursor is clicked within FF which is a major concentration breaker. Is there something in the settings to give FF focus when it opens like it has always done in the past? I don't like changing things in there without guidance. It's not just me, my wife's laptop is having the same issues.

I am beginning to be asked by websites to turn-off ad-blocker. Just realized that Firefox has an ad-blocker embedded in its software. When I go to Add-ons & Extensions, Ad-Blocker is not listed so that I can turn it off. Suggestions on finding ad-blocker and having the ability to turn it off and on would be appreciated. Thanks
