Once again the failure of Firefox to work with comment sections of many websites has reared its head in the latest update of Firefox. I'm using Windows 11 with latest updates. This occurred suddenly in the middle of commenting. Other web browser are OK. These constant recurring problems with Firefox are getting tiresome and although I like the browser and am comfortable using it, I'm seriously considering abandoning it for these annoyances.

Hi, I just want to get rid of this picture in picture feature. If I click to see a video & scroll down I dont want to get the video at the bottom right. I just want the video to stop so I can click on another video if I want. I dont like this feature. I tried different things however nothing work. Do you have a solution?

What I already did: In the Firefox about:config I changed many settings to false however I still have the issue. See image of my settings in the attachment. The site I tested: https://www.meteomedia.com/ca

The dozens of bookmarks I had that I did not put in folders has grown in numbers exponentially. I don't know how. I had nothing to do with it. I went from having about 200 bookmarks (outside of what I had in separate folders) to what seems to be roughly 5000. This is ridiculous. How can I 1, correct this, and 2, stop if from happening again.

I was unable to pay an xfinity bill online. I got a cannot use this server. This has also happened with an apartment inquiry. When I attempted hit the key to go to the results the message was that I could not use this server or that the server was unavailable.

Specs: i7 13700k 32GB DDR5 Ram GTX 1080ti

Basically, I'm dropping frames when I'm tabbed into a game, in my instance it's World of Warcraft, but it could be with other games too. I suspect it's something to do with Windows 11 as I didn't have any problems in Windows 10 with my older computer.

Some trouble shooting steps I've taken is I've disabled all extensions, ran the browser in troubleshooting mode, and finally done a Firefox refresh and I still have the same problem.

after reinstalling Firefox, i no longer am able to log into any websites example: you tube, sites, etc. I've check for updates but there's none besides my current version of Firefox which so am in a weird predicament. please help thanks!

Hi, for a weeks I´m having error messages from firefox.

I have already updated windows and mozilla, restarted mozilla and my antivirus doesn´t detect any threat.

I can't log into harryanddavid.com anymore because I get this error message. I have cleared browser history and cookies, and rebooted with no success.

What can I say to Fifth Third to persuade them that I am not the problem? They get plenty of complaints from others with my same problem, according to customer service there. Is there a way for me to use my computer, my browser of choice, etc?

My bank notifies me that it has a letter for me. I find the link for the letter on my secure internet banking site and click on it. First it tells me "No Preview available", and there's a button to Download. Which I select. Immediately a new page coming up with the wording "Authorization has been denied for this request."

When I try to open this letter using Google Chrome I have no problem!

What is happening with Firefox and how do I access the letter successfully?

This was after an update last week to arch, I installed all the bits that seemed to be missing and now it crashes without giving me much info at all.

I just moved to a new PC which also took me from Windows 10 to W11. When I try to enter saved credit card information in an online payment form, I can see the credit cards (they are not greyed out) but when I select one, the form does not fill in.

Every time I launch Firefox it creates 12-13 instances of Firefox along with one each for Chrome and Console.

I don't need that many instances. Typically I have no more than 3-4 tabs open.

Is there a Configuration setting that I can change to reduce the number of instances to 5 and greatly reduce the amount of time it takes to launch.

I am running Windows 10 Pro V21H2 at current update level. I have a custom made tower with 512GB SSD and a Core2 Duo processing running at 2.93 GHz with 8 GB Ram. Firefox is V17.0.1.

I was using a macbook and I had activated the syncing option. I moved to a windows laptop and bookmarks were not synchronized for some reason, I have tried online solutions without any success, any suggestions how to recover all my data?
