All my menu texts are so TINY now, that I can't read them, but the browser page is SO WIDE that I can't ever see a whole page and I have to scroll from side to side to read things, which is a ROYAL PAIN as I miss seeing a lot of things. No one can seem to help. I tried the limited percentage things, 67% used to work but now that is too big and when I go smaller I can't read ANY of the text, it is TOO TINY! I can't do my work! The screen shot won't paste on here.

Hello, we're happy firefox users within our patent attorneys' offices', but recently we have problems using our smartcards in firefox, especially for tasks to "renew" smartcards or other simple tasks which used to work with firefox. In Chrome or EDGE, we have no problems with this.

The problem is as follows (on a windows 10 based system) 1. Insert the smartcard 2. The cryptovision driver (version 8.0.12. 708) recognizes the smartcard 3. Call the url http://nrm2.epoline.org/myepoline/pcf/insertSCRenewal.html?siteLanguage=de 4. Firefox asks for the "certificate" (see screenshot) 5. After selecting the certificate, usually the PIN Input dialog form is displayed, but here nothing happens 6. After a while, you get an error that the url could not be loaded (timeout)

On this page https://login.epo.org/ and then "Anmeldung mit Smartcard" the login using the EPA Smartcard works as expected, the PIN input dialog shows up.

In earlier versions of firefox, the smartcards worked better. What is going wrong?

I take this to be a best practice to not use more than one vpn at a time. Should those visiting and be given access to network be asked to turn off theirs if connected to same network setup? Should any extensions intended to sync favorites or 'read later' be turns off as well?

This happens only on my working PC at my office, which is the only one I leave open 24/7. But colleagues of mine said they have witnessed the issue also off work.

Basically, after some time I can only access internally (to the company) hosted websites. Anything else is in a perpetual "loading" phase. Then I need to restart firefox and then it works fine. This has become more and more common in the past month or two. I'm currently using version 106, but I'm sure to have experienced the issue across multiple releases.

I've tried this resource, but did not help https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-cant-load-websites-other-browsers-can

Is there something I can look at, like some log files, consoles etc., to provide more insight into the issue?

I am puzzled as to how I was able to access this support site. This has been a problem for at least a week now but I could eventually access websites but this morning I have made numerous attempts to no avail.

Most of the time the browser is working OK. This morning I was booking a ticket at Delta.com and when it came time to pick a seat the chart was weirdly "zoomed". The graphics were OK, but I couldn't see the row numbers or seat numbers. I tried zooming in both directions, turning off extensions, but still couldn't see the numbers that I needed to see. I opened a different browser and was able to see the numbers just fine. I don't like using other browsers, but keep them for such problems arising with Firefox. If I've got something set wrong, I can't figure out what it is. I feel like I've tried everything, still it just doesn't function properly. In help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Google search hangs until I clear cookies which fixes it, then hangs again soon after. I've tried clearing cache as well. I've also gone through my extensions and gotten rid of anything that could cause issues. I disabled duckduckgo (see attached pic of my current extensions). I'm also updated to the latest version (see pic). It's also happening on my desktop and my laptop pc's. I do IT work and computer repair professionally and I'm out of things to try here! Can you help me with this issue?

Hello Team Mozilla,

I have been a user of firefox since a lot of time. I purchased a Macbook Pro M1 Pro 14 inch. Since I purchased a smaller screen model, I wanted to efficiently use the screen space available. I have tested Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Brave. I am glad that only and only Firefox provides a Hide toolbar option which other browsers are not offering. It is a game changer for a 14 inch macbook pro as it offers maximum utilization of the space. For that I applaud Firefox.

But the accessibility of tabs takes a serious hit when I enable the option. The place where the mouse pointer has to be for the toolbar to unhide is quite literally a line. Anywhere above or below it will not show the toolbar. if we go too far, the MAC OS close, minimize window option come up. For the toolbars to show up one has to just touch the menubar of MacOS. While switching tabs its a real pain. I have to pause and look at the pointer and slowly move my mouse to touch the menubar at the right speed.

Please please please do something about this. Firefox is providing the best utilization of space for a Macbook Pro. I do not know if the Firefox team is aware of this, but its brilliant. But the toolbar accessibility makes the feature unusable. It would be great if we could access the toolbar easily for tab switching.
