When I tried to open hotmail in firefox today, it gives me a blank page. Yesterday I it was working fine and all the yesterdays before that. I have checked the privacy and security and put it in as an exception. I have checked to see if there was a certificate needed or if I could put it in as an exception, but Firefox says it has a certificate and no exception is needed. I've closed out of hotmail and opened it. I've closed out of Firefox and opened it. I've restarted my computer. None of these have worked. It is still a blank page. Please help.

i have a problem with Rightmove.co.uk webpages. On the webpage where you can see house plans, I zoom into the plan, and the plan just cannot be moved anymore and zoomed as well. I entered Firefox in troubleshooting mode without any extensions enabled and the same issue happened still. I tested the Brave and Chrome, no problems there. I tested Firefox latest version and also the ESR version, both had the same issue. I have to login every time I click on a bookmark. I reached out to the NYT help desk; the tech said I should use Chrome. I'm a dedicated Mozilla user; I contribute when asked, so the NYT kind of offended me. I did clear my cache, to no avail. Still have to log in every time. Can you pls help?

It is a daily event that you are sending out update notices 2 times a day, ALMOST EVERY DAY, and yet your site is still not functioning on showing videos on the Bring a Trailer website, while there is no such issue with Google, Safari and Outlook.

With all your updates and the associated daily hounding even though I update just to get you off my back, you still have problems that far exceed Chrome. Stop trying to tell us what to do!

Use your time in doing "overkill" daily updates to fix your browser so it works and handles the simplest of tasks.

CUT THE DAMN DAILY UPDATES -0 IT IS OBNOXIOUS, CONTROLLING AND WORTHLESS.

Hi there, I know I'm not the only one with this issue. But I have yet to find an answer on all the other threads so maybe if I create a new one something will happen.

I have been using firefox without issue for years. However, in the past year, firefox has started crashing repeatedly on my Mac. I have updated both firefox and the mac itself several times since the issue first presented itself and yet the problem still persists.

I am running the latest version of both the OS and firefox and the program still crashes. In fact it did so just a few minutes ago and destroyed a good hours work that cannot be recovered.

I am hoping this issue will get some kind of response soon before I am forced to migrate my devices to a new browser in order to get a stable experience.

I need to install Firefox in this computer. Is not working, I need this to play my Farmville2 is still no work. Please do something, I need this. att. Raquel R Orlang

Using the latest version on my 5 y/o windows laptop (as of Sept 18th) and the laptop went totally black, the system could not be booted so I went to a PC repair shop. Technician said its problem is that the SSD is too old and a new laptop is recommended.

I use Firefox since day 1 of that laptop and after a long time I forgot the password. Now I have my new PC and need data from my old Firefox account (not this one), including bookmarks, passwords and read lists.

What to do???

Went to update to 105.0.1 on a windows 8.1 machine. Update failed, removed previous version and now will not even reinstall running the installer. Installer returns setup.exe Application error. unable to start correctly.

I updated to the newest release and since then I cannot do two things: 1) playback any online audio 2) have my computer mic work during video calls I tested my computer setting and also used another browser (Chrome) and had no issues with audio, which is why the problem is with Firefox. Please help ASAP!!

Just wondering if any of the developers could add a domain exclusion option within the browser history settings where users could exclude the domains which they don't want the browser to record the history of.

Now many of you would argue that why don't you use private mode. Blah blah blah. But it's not the same thing. I gotta use my GMail, Google-drive, Outlook, or Facebook, etc everyday, so the private mode is not an option.

These domain URLs are not necessarily required to be stored and synced every day after day when nobody or at least 99% of people are not gonna use them ever.

Would be better, if users get the option where they can control which domains they want to keep the history of. This would offset millions and billions bytes of the data from Mozilla and also speed up and improve the history management.

Please share your thoughts.

I've taken a number of steps that I've researched ranging from clearing cookies, to resetting firefox, to complete reinstallation of Firefox itself.

I've also ran a full diagnostic with my ISP and determined my router and internet are 100% functional. This just started happening out of nowhere roughly 3-4 days ago.

I have not installed any add ons or turned on any extentions. I've done nothing to customize my browser at all.

When I go to Youtube, either I can't log in or when I am logged in it says I am not connected to the internet. This has never happened to me before.

Please help.
