I'm desperate for some help here. I'm a long time customer of Mozilla, and have used Firefox for many many year. Recently, my hard drive was erased, I lost all my data, and I've got a new computer that I'm setting up I'm trying to sign into my Firefox but I don't have the password. I go through Password reset options, and it send a code to my email ([edited] @mindspring.com) and the spam filter is filtering out the email, so I cannot see it. I'm stuck in a loop! I cannot get the passcode and cannot sign into my account. I just need to chat with someone to help me. Please call my call when available.

I have been using Firefox for quite some time. Suddenly it stopped working on my computer, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I keep getting a message that there is a problem with the download and installation. Can anyone help? Hi, I lately found one of my old firefox os phones (Alcatel One Touch Fire C). I tried connecting it to the internet and updating it bus it said that there is no internet connection. Is there a way to update the phone?

I just upgraded Firefox on my Mac Mini M2 (2023) to version 124 (64 bit). When I start up Firefox it starts (I see Firefox in the top menu bar) but it will not open a session window. In addition, the top menu bar is in an inactive state (i.e. the words are in grey instead of black). It seems to be in a partially open state.

I have tried (1) waiting to see if that fixes things and (2) a cold boot of the computer. Both things did not work.

I had posted my question yesterday and received a response from jscher2000. I sent a reply to the response by email a short while ago, but I wasn't sure it went through. Therefore, at the possible expense of having you receive the reply twice, I have recopied it here:

Thank you for trying to help me download Firefox onto my computer. As per your advice, I first tried shutting down and restarting my computer. That did not work. Then I went onto the link you sent me: https://www. mozilla,org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release . The installation began, but only got up to around 80 - 90%. It stopped at the point where it said Execute: "C:|Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\default-browser-agent.exe" register-task 308046B... (It looks like there might be some more letters and/or numbers after the "B", but I can't see what they are.) I waited a few more hours to see if the installation would continue, but it did not. I then went back to try downloading Firefox in the regular way. First I got a message, "Now installing. Firefox will be ready in just a few moments." Again, installation proceeded to around 80 - 90 %, and then I got a message, "Hmmm. For some reason, we could not install Firefox. Choose OK to start over." Starting over didn't help. Due to repeated issues over a week, I uninstalled Firefox days ago. Tried to Reinstall it repeatedly on same device several times. It was working before..BUT it keeps showing its downloaded on Settings but Firefox download page keeps showing "DOWNLOAD" Tried several times. Not my computer. Nothing works to resolve it.. Windows 11..
