After update of Firefox version 103.0.1 the symbols are too big and the size cannot be reduced (to small size). So too few symbols fit into a symbol line. How can this be fixed?

I am unable to see the whole screen and cannot access various tabs or buttons like the download, bookmarks, etc. The firefox screen is too large for my computer. This has occurred since the last update. Can I have the old version back??

I opened Firefox today to find everything zoomed in- the toolbar, the websites, everything. It was completely fine last time I used the browser. I have already attempted going to about:config and trying to change the resolution via layout.css.devPixelsPerPx, and it changes nothing. Some help would be appreciated.

I updated Firefox and now the type size is huge on most pages, I tried changing the size in the settings menu but it only changed it on my home page. How do I change it for all pages?

The new version of Firefox shows a huge image of a small portion of what used to appear as a page. I used to see the Firefox logo, Duck Duck Go search box and maybe four rows of my favorite web sites. Now I see the logo and search box, I have to scroll down to see four of my favorite websites. On my email site, I can't see the box to type my email in without scrolling. Help. How do I shrink the image to a usable size??

The headers/Titles section with site icons has doubled in size, top to bottom, impacting pages I'm on, eg how far you can scroll down. I want to shrink it back to how it was a few days ago, please, TIA

When I installed version 103 on Windows 10 yesterday, the Tabs, address panel row of icons and the onscreen bookmarks icons doubled in size pushing about half of them off screen. Can I get them back to the size the were?

I keep them on screen to facilitate use and work more effectively. Pushing them off screen reduces the effectiveness of Firefox for me. I spent too much time today trying to find options that would allow me to revert to the former format without uninstalling v.103 - without success.

HELP!!!!

I just updated and now everything is larger. The bookmarks toolbar is larger, the tabs are larger... There's barely any room for the page I want to see. How do I go back to the previous version? OR how do I get stuff back to normal? Thank you for any help. It will be appreciated.

I updated the windows 10 installation on my Toshiba satellite laptop yesterday, 07-31-2022 and when i opened Firefox after that, it was huge - I have to dial it down to about 70% on the zoom to have it display even somewhat normally. I don't find any current answers when I google the question, so I'm asking here as I don't know what else to try. I've attached a screenshot to show how large it is, even at 67% zoom.

When I opened the browser the web page content was suddenly very large. I had to manually decrease the size to 70% to navigate. I went into settings and checked whether I had accidentally changed anything. Everything was the same. I then tried one at a time changing the Theme, Default Fonts, both letting websites choose the font and using the fonts I had set, and the Default View. Reducing the Default View makes the view too small of sites such as my gmail and other email that have their own customizable view. Adjusting the email sites to accommodate for the reduced default view doesn't return the email view to how I want it. None of the other changes I made worked. How do I get the pages back to normal viewing size when I open the browser? Windows 10 Firefox 103.0

Just upgraded to version 103. The tabs and text are gigantic! The view of my email provider and other places I load are way too big. Changing the size percentage on the toolbar does not help.

I do not know what I did but my entire browser seems to be zoomed in.

Please tell me how I can zoom everything back down to normal.

My tabs, address bar, bookmarks side bar the lot are all far too zoomed in.

My PC resolution is correct it is just my browser settings that are wrong.

I am on a windows 10 PC using Firefox 103

1. I have accepted "auto mode" for Firefox updates as promoted by Mozilla et al. Update I refer to was installed at PC shutdown on Thursday 27July22 AEST. I re opened browser next day to see my FF webpage background minimized to abt 75% relative usual settings and search bar text populated with tiny type font despite usual pre set zoom factor 110% and no applied font changes by moi. I am long sighted until within arms' length then I need significant optical corrections to deal with type and small stuff Eg. hand stitching on dark fabric as in hemming pants is now difficult; tiny hand held devices aka "mobiles phone" for me are not practical even with usual specs. For most of my 70 years I have viewed the world with just left eye hence reduced field of view, + close up perspective issues - vision sharp enough otherwise until I had to work with computers + poor monitors in the eighties, that induced rapid vision decline. HOWEVER with or without "computer spectacles" I don't need or want contents of web pages blown out to +/- 150% as it now appears when I attempt to go about my daily browse. Attempts to rectify via Control Panel functions were futile. And that's how I set up my previous "view". WHY do this unannounced? Windows 10 settings menu has pre set [not customizable] zoom factors - 25% increments and further spoils my attempts to rectify view to comfortable settings. CTRL+/- function IS NOT WORKING at all in Thundermail hence it remains uncomfortable and highly inconvenient to access.

2.Yesterday30Jul22 I wasted hours trying to locate sensible help in Mozilla community - https://www.askvg.com/fix-ui-scaling-and-large-fonts-issues-in-firefox-103-and-later-versions/ was all I could find worth risking BUT DOES NOT WORK to restore my former view - yes, re check after several re starts of PC show "solution" installed permanently but no revision to my screen view. I guess Mozilla techs quickly out manoeuvred this Windows hack or his solutions don't apply to my older version. WHY has MOZILLA DONE THIS? WHAT IS IT GOING TO DO TO RESTORE COMFORTABLE SENSIBLE BROWSER VIEW??

3. This "change" achieves nothing for users like me, less than nothing. It just confirms the unguided missile of US style business still lays waste to all who engage with it. If I am required to learn how to fix my own issues then I'd prefer real control over it and proper support.

Firefox has worked fine on my WinX systems for years. Yesterday it downloaded a new version (103.0 64-bit) that totally destroyed the experience!

Everything I see now is GIANT SIZED compared to the rest of my desktop and to the old Firefox. I've looked for any relevant setting and I've tried the "Refresh" button with no help.

I want to go back to the previous version!

I loved Firefox. Yesterday. Today, I very much dislike it. My nice, neat desktop is not overwhelmed with the tab, url, and bookmark bars now taking up fully one-third of my viewable screen. The pinned tab icons are enormous, and I've spent hours and hours trying all the proposed fixes but none of them work. This is like a cartoon of a browser with gigantic everything since I have to manually change the size of every single web page I visit. The pinned tab icons are so huge they are literally blurry. And, yes, it's as easy as Ctrl + 0, but in my line of work, I browse hundreds of webpages a day, and this is just not acceptable.

Just to be able to see a tiny segment of this page to type this question (i.e. how do I fix this or at least roll it back to the way it was yesterday?), I have to minimize the page to 67% (from the 150% it starts every page at) and the TOWERING tabs and bookmarks and enormous search bar are blocking out the top third of my entire 17" screen, so I can literally only see--again at 67% no 100%--this comment box. And only the part I am writing it, if I wanted to use bold or whatever options are up there, I would have to SCROLL up just to see them. This is just insane. And completely unworkable. I don't have hours to spend fixing every page, scrolling up and down to see a single image or comment box plus editing options. There must be a way to fix this or roll it back to my delightfully compact, unobtrusive tabs, search bar, and bookmarks and make it so every webpage I visit isn't so huge that I have to scroll not just up and down to see what I saw yesterday with ease but from left to right, too! Honestly. This is just dreadful.

Firefox used to give me lots of room in the window, with icons the size of a pencil eraser and room to see 5 or 6 tabs across the top and all of my bookmark folders across the window. The zoom setting for content in the windows was 100%. I now have icons the size of my finger, room to see 3 tabs, the zoom set to 67%, and even with the window full screen I cannot see all of my bookmark folders. How to I get the old window settings back? I have no idea why the size definitions changed, and no idea how to reset it.

There was an upgrade to fire fox yesterday and now every thing is huge. I can hardly see my face book page and I have spent over 2 hours trying to get it back to normal size. I have windows 10.
