Hi! I've received an email informing about my upcoming VPN subscription reneval. But when I went to my subscriptions page I can only see "You have no active subscriptions" message. Does it mean that my subscription is cancelled and the email message is wrong?

i accepted a free trial for vpn. I do not want to be charged for vpn. i dont find vpn usefull. websites dont allow access when Im using vpn. do not add to my account.

Had two Mozilla VPN subscriptions and paid for two with Visa c.c. 6/5/2026 credited to pete.loya at gmail 6/6/2026 should have been credited to linda.loya at outlook both charges were $59.88

Hi,

last year I deleted my paypal account. Before that I deleted all entries and connections to abonnements in paypal. A few days ago i received an e-mail from Mozilla that I should pay my VPN abonnement. I would like to do so, but after logging in, I was shown an error message: "Invalid payment information. There is a problem with your account. Manage payment method."

When I go to "Manage payment methods," no options for other payment methods appear, only a PayPal link. What should I do now?

I have a paid subscription to Mozilla's VPN service, but need to temporarily suspend/cancel the subscription. When I go into settings there is no subscription listed though my bank shows that I have been paying the monthly $4 charge for many months. How do I cancel the subscription?

After updating my primary email address, I noticed that I wasn’t receiving the newsletter I’m subscribed to. When I checked my subscription settings, I saw that the email address on file for the newsletter was still the old one, and I couldn’t change it. I’d like to update the newsletter’s email address to my current primary email address. How can I do this? (The screenshot shows my current primary email address and the email address on file for the newsletter—they don’t match, and I can’t change the one on file.)

I subscribed to Mozilla VPN a few days ago, but have now learned that I can get Bitdefender's version for free. I wish to cancel Mozilla's version and, hopefully, be reimbursed.
