Created - Boomer With A View September 19, 2013 there are 2 Facebook accounts one is my original account the other is fraudulent and I can't recover my account or my blog account Boomer With A View. I just don't know where to go for help. No one ever helps me to get my account , friends, groups, messengers back. Please help me or tell me where to go to get help. FB does NOT help although there are 2 accounts with the same name. E.F. Coleman, Thank you.

Webroot keeps popping up and I would like to disable it because I don't need it now. I am using Total AV and I don't want anything to interfere with that. Please let me know. Dennis [email removed from public]

Today I downloaded the latest Firefox upgrade and got a flaming orange toolbar which is difficult to read. Troubleshooting the issue by browsing the internet, I tried several things I don't remember, and also clicked on the DuckDuckGo privacy tab when that option came up. I was unable to change the color of the tab but then suddenly got a gray screen with all gray tabs. There is no color.

It is not a Microsoft issue, as I have tried rebooting several times and always get a color screen at the reboot. But when the page starts loading, all the icons are gray. I tried a system restore but after a long reboot got a message that the restore was unsuccessful because apparently blocked by my security software (Webroot). The advice was to temporarily disable Webroot but when I go into my apps, the only option is to uninstall and I am hesitant to do that because I don't know if I can quickly reinstall it without having to call Webroot customer service.

At this point I can't figure out what to do. Can you help without my having to reset everything? I always keep a lot of windows open which is one feature I like about Firefox, and really don't want to have to reconstruct all those pages.

I will appreciate your help in solving this problem, which I think is a software issue and possibly related to some things I might have clicked while trying to change the toolbar color.

Few days after installing a strange border started appearing around the app unless I'm in full screen which I don't like to use. What's happening and how can I stop this?

Crashes freeze ups Tired of them all day every day. Cache fills up and computer shuts down. 24 Firefox processes ,,, 37 Firefox processes and every one of them is storing history and cookies till the system stops.. Performance section? Worthless. Does not matter what is checked or unchecked,, and NEVER has there appeared a box to choose a limit of 6 or 8 processes.. WTF

I'm just reinstall my windows 8. But, i don't know why the firefox appearance are weird and difficult to used because of the appearance. What should i do? Nb: It looks normal on "troubleshoot mode".

Win8 OS is not working properly: power off function will not work,have to unplug to turn off; unable to access OS section that allows to access devices,files,etc. and problems adding up.

I recently installed firefox on a new computer and it will not access the internet. Any access request gets the message "Hmmm. We're having trouble finding that site." We cannot connect to the server.... It says to check that fiefox has permission to access the web, but I do not know how to do that. How can I get Firefox to access the web? I do not want to have to use different browser, but will switch unless this is resolved.

The last two upgrades caused me to lose all of my bookmarks. I am running version 106.0.2 on a 64 bit hp desktop. Am I doing something wrong? Pretty basic download/upgrade. I am no longer taking upgrades until I can get answer(s)

hello, I wrote to you telling you that when i facetime on facebook i cannot see or hear anyone and you answered me to try this or that. you said to go into permissions and make sure that my camera and microphone had facebook to have permission and when i facetime to go into permissions there and click off the use default button and click allow or always ask. i have already done this and still have the problem. well I know what is happening and it is your fault firefox. when my sister, who is sitting next to me rings me on facetime (and was helping try to fix this problem) and it still didn't work, while she just kept the facetime open, she watched me go into the permission box again on the padlock page, the settings i put ALLOW were gone and the use default box was ticked again. so this time i put always ask. and came back out of the permissions page and then went straight back in, and guess what.....every time i leave the permissions page, it goes back to use default. MY SETTINGS ARE NOT BEING SAVED. THERE IS NO SAVE BUTTON BECAUSE YOU REMOVED IT. I MAKE A SETTING, COME OUT OF THE PAGE AND IT IMMEDIATELY REMOVES MY SETTINGS. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS BECAUSE NOTHING IS WORKING BECAUSE IT CONTINOUSLY GOES BACK TO DEFAULT. IF YOU DO NOT FIX THIS ASAP I AM SHUTTING YOU DOWN AND GOING TO BING AS MY BROWSER

Windows Edge has taken over as my browser. How do I get firefox to be my browser by default? I have tried many times but the box to delete windows edge is greyed out. Please help

After update to 115.2.1, FF crashes at startup for one User, but not the other. FF Safe Mode also crashes (SHIFT key). I tried running the 115.2.1 install on the problem User, but it also crashes right after completion. The second user is handicapped, so I have yet to try to uninstall/reinstall because FF runs on her User and I hate to screw things up so that she is locked out.

• • • JUST NOTED - Chrome also crashes with same NTDLL error (same DLL version number). Did the FF update do something with the NTDLL file?

Have a problem to use Mozilla / Firefox as my main browser for all email and web browsing or all activities. Tried to go into "setting" to "recall the browser" but unsuccessful

I believe the last communication we had was on July 28, 2022. I had my last message pulled up and now I don't know where it is.

You had asked me the number of Profiles I had and if I remember correctly it was 8 or 9 not all active. The other big problem that still will not go away is attached and I hope you are able to open this attachment. I cannot open Firefox without this message coming up and now it's appearing on other screens.

Can you see the screen below that states "We've made some educated guesses about your current browser". Somehow, my information was changed to OS 8. I have never in my life used that OS, nor I have used 8.1. I have tried to change it back to Windows OS 10, but it seems to prefer 8. How do I fix that problem.

So, I read in an email I receive quite often that Firefox had updated to OS 104, mine did not change on August 23rd and my settings suggest it should have change since it's set to update automatically. I manually updated a couple of hours ago.

Now since I'm updated to OS 104 is there anything I need to do to make sure that the previous update isn't going to mess up, like it usually does, or do I need to uninstall something or another, do some magic tricks, or stand on my head?

I would appreciate your continued help. I have no idea where the email that I sent to you regarding the number of profiles I have, but I did see it as I was try to slug through this system of emails trying to find you and your last response to me on July 28th. If you can find that you will also find my answer to your question.

I wrote earlier about the slowness in my computer that sometimes forces me to restart it that's happened ever since I added the Firefox Private Browsing Feature.

I was asked about my security and I said I use Norton 360. I've also added Norton anti-tracker. Could that be causing the problem?
