Our university uses a box.com app. It's basically box but personalized for our use. I have a number of documents that I cannot open using Firefox. When I switch to Chrome, I am able to access the documents. Any ideas? I'm thinking there is a setting in Firefox I need to change, but not sure which one.

Help. Ionos is my website host. My site works just as I want it to using Firefox with popup images. Problem is when I look at same site using Google Chrome nine different popups on lines 828-870 further down page do not popup those popups like lines 455, 460,467, 477, 675 and 685 do when rolling mouse over highlight words when I use Firefox. What should I look for to fix. Thanks j

I never really used firefox password before, I decided not to use the master password function, but today Pocket was not opening, i was prompted for password, so I changed my firefox password, and now icon at top of screen says my firefox account is disconnected? Help! .

I cannot browse using firefox and Safari on my MacBook Air for the last 3 days. Message saying "Warning potential security risk ahead" I have cleared cache, dont know what else to do

Firefox crashed and when it did all my history was gone. All of it. For months if not years. I need to get the history from about the last month back. I am not asking for community people to answer as I already checked that and there is no accountability, clarity, ability to confirm etc. etc. etc. I am asking the engineers at Mozilla to please give me the method that will surely work and is user friendly. I am willing to pay a small fee if necessary.

I have used Pocket, and found it useful, but am infuriated by one issue. If I don't click on a particular selection, I cannot get back to it on Pocket. Why is this? Why can't I get back to the display of Pocket articles when I choose not to follow a particular avenue? This really gets my goat.

After Firefox updated new update I am unable to get Netflix as they say my computer is no longer supported and for me to download updated version which I did, but still unable to get Netflix

I am using windows 10 and Firefox and use Bing I am after a NON Google search engine and OS that will also handle gaming as good as windows 11 but I am not happy with Microsoft either Every where I go there Is google which I hate It has too much control getting away with AI that isn't accountable for fraudulent acts I use to use Ubuntu but now I still am a Gamer but I don't like adds and spy ware like Google evading my computer

I am having icloud calendar issues in the firefox browser. Recently apple changed some of how their calendar looks in a browser. At the same time I began noticing icloud calendar events are getting messed up in firefox. Events from the day before are often missing. Events on the current day are 5 hours later. However, if in another browser, like Brave & Chrome, the calendar events are correct. I prefer to use Firefox. On my MacBookAir (M2) audio on a lot of sites is out off sync (Imgur, X) but not on YouTube or streaming services (netflix and others). I restarted FF in save mode: no improvement. FF is up to date. OSX is up to date.

If I open a website in Safari there is no problem: audio/video perfectly in sync; gifs on Imgur.com for instance.

Not sure but on my MacBookPro (Intel) there was no such a problem.

Suggestions?
