I'm desperate for some help here. I'm a long time customer of Mozilla, and have used Firefox for many many year. Recently, my hard drive was erased, I lost all my data, and I've got a new computer that I'm setting up I'm trying to sign into my Firefox but I don't have the password. I go through Password reset options, and it send a code to my email ([edited] @mindspring.com) and the spam filter is filtering out the email, so I cannot see it. I'm stuck in a loop! I cannot get the passcode and cannot sign into my account. I just need to chat with someone to help me. Please call my call when available.

Firefox often display messages at the lower right corners - only from selected sites.

It drives my crazy - because I have to click on each and ervy one.

How can I select the sites which are displayed or can I shut them off all together ?!?

Please advise !

Hi, I discovered that in order to achieve that, you set in about:config "permissions.fullscreen.allowed from the default false to true. The default behavior does not stop the video with a single left mouse click, but triggers full-screen. It would make sense to make "true" the default as it seems more intuitive to control both the play and full-screen in that way.

Recently (in the last week), Firefox stopped playing videos. Just a circle running around. Thought it might have been problems with a website, then a second and YouTube won't work. Fixes?

When using Menards.com and trying to search for a product, it does not load, just shows "spinning". Another browser works

I cannot log in to www.capitalone.co.uk with the Firefox Browser but I can with Microsoft Edge. I use Firefox Browser as my default browser. This problem only started yeaterday, before that every thing was fine.

In the most recent version of the firefox when I switch to full screen other displays go blank. I'm using firefox on a macbook and before updating firefox I had no problem.

is there any workaround to this problem?

Why do pdf bookmarks with # and the name of the bookmark like #chapter 1 not work? Bookmarks with # and page=3 work correctly. The bookmark-names works in chrome and edge.

I suddenly and unaccountably lost access to my bookmarks and their contents. Where I used to have two "stars" at the address banner, the left one to bookmark sites, and the right to access bookmark folders and their contents, I now only have one star which bookmarks new sites. I can still see my folders, but cannot access them and cannot tell if they have any contents. I have used Firefox for many years with no problem. I'm stumped and frustrated. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR how do I get rid of this error that keeps popping up when I attempt to launch Amazon.com I have never had this happen before..... it just started about a week ago.

Firefox. LinuxMint 21.3 Cinnamon 6.0.4 , Google Mail Compose, Pressing and holding the arrow key moves the cursor one character at a time. Google Chrome works fine.

Until a few days ago, I could type a search into the Firefox home page and my typing would appear as expected in that 'window.' Now the typing appears in a address bar, apparently owned by google, at the top of the page and it is extremely distracting and annoying.

How can I restore the sensible and easy way to search?

Safari has no problem with https://meijer.com, but Firefox flags it as untrustworthy and won't let me connect. I am using Avast! antivirus. Brave browser also works. I am using 124.0.1. I see there is a 124.0.2. I'll try that next.

When I try to sign in to Delta.com, on my Macbook air, where I have an account and go there frequently, today I cannot access. Even when I try to reset my password, the page will not respond. I tried the same on Safari, and it worked just fine.

so the problem has to be with Firefox, not with Delta.
