Hi

I'm trying to save Word documents as PDFs which has always worked and opened in Adobe. Today they are being changed to Firefox HTML files. I have tried downloading them from this, opening Adobe saving them as a PDF from there, but the file types stay as Firefox HTML. I have Windows 10.

Thanks Ann

Hi, I am new to Firefox. I just attempted top print a shipping label and this image showed in the popup window. I have searched but cannot find a way to adjust the settings. I am unable to access the options in the menu on the right. I did find adjustable options from the menu bar print options but they didn't change in this window. I appreciate any help. Thank you.

Hi! so I installed Kubuntu 20.10 after using it 'directly from the cd' for some time. since, all data would be lost every time i restart, i would keep a copy of a '.mozilla' file i would find in the system. Everytime i start the OS, i would first create a folder and copy paste it, so firefox would start right where i left it off. this worked, until i decided to make Kubuntu permanent. at first things were going good, but after sometime, my OS would stop recognizing my headphones and audio port completely. at first i blamed it on my OS and went about doing somethings here and there to adjust by. but looking back, i had installed some DRM to play some video on the net. so in a desperate fix, i replaced the current .mozilla file with a backup i had. the thing worked like a charm and my audio was fixed and everything was going ok, except for the occasional fixes so that my OS would channel the audio to the right output. that is, until the problem rise again! this time, i hadn't installed anything like i did previously, so i replaced the .mozilla file again and it worked! but i can't keep doing this and i had also faced the same problem in my windows, resulting my change in OS in the first place (I think its the same issue, because whatever i did didn't fix it and windows is more sophisticated that i wouldn't know). I don't know if this much info is too much or too less or that if i should post this here or in any other forums, but i would really appreciate it if i got a solution! Thankyou!

When logging in to cmx.weightwatchers.com, I enter my username and password and click keep me logged in. Each time I go to their website, it still asks for my username and password. All other websites that I request to keep me logged in works fine, but this one doesn't. What can I do to correct it so that I don't have to enter all the information to get logged into that account?

A few days ago, a weird problem arose with "Take Screenshot" function.

The resulting image includes area designated PLUS a border on the right edge AND on the bottom edge. Note: width of side border is wider than border on the bottom is tall. This is difficult to tell in a file image because it seem to be transparent and assumes the color of background. Confusing, I know, so I have included a composite image image of result of "Save Image As..." on top, and the "Take Screenshot" added to the bottom. Prior to a few days ago, the bottom image would not have the added borders and therefore the colored part of the image would be the same width as the "Save Image As..." and extend to bottom of the image.

Note: it doesn't matter whether I download to file or cut and paste the image. The same thing happens if I "Save Full Image". And, yes, I know I need to upgrade to latest version, but this issue needs investigation...

TIA, KBo

What is the last Firefox version that works with MAC Lion OS X 10.7.5?

I have a study program of that vintage that plugs into firefox and the version on the computer now is 3.0.10 (from year 2009 and the program does not work with it.

The program is compatible with Lion OS X 10.7.5 but the Firefox version is too old.

The version 3.0.10 on the computer does not work well with most sites or crashes. The intent is not to expect to browse, just be new enough for this program for its dedicated use.

In the last few weeks I have not been able to reset MY location for the weather. I am in Red Deer and the location is locked at Fort Saskatchewan, where I have never been! I know it should be a simple fix but even Geek Squad was not able to change this and they even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. I took my computers to Best Buy to give them the run down and as soon as they opened up the default location said Red Deer! They are only a few blocks away and I was relieve that it worked. At home it immediately came up as Fort Sask again. This is just an annoyance but I like to use Firefox as my browser. Any suggestions?
