I was trying to get the Geek Squad to log in to my computer to do a tuneup and make sure after I downloaded the new Firefox to see if my computer was up to date. I could not get the download they sent to let them log on open

How do I have more bookmarks than the 9 that are listed. I used to have a list of 20 or 25 bookmarks. Now if I add a new bookmark, one of the old ones is deleted.

Hello, I can't restore my Firefox bookmarks, I made the mistake to update my Firefox blindly, as always, but it ruined-erased all my bookmarks, where did my hard work ended?, if I ever fix my bookmarks I will never do another update. I'm 77 and not able to follow your instructions; I wished I could restore all my bookmarks, now I wish I knew how to get some back, even if I have to do it one by one! Why there is no chat tool? maybe that way you could guide me better? Have a heart, please?

cannot find any setting to get rid of double spacing in bookmarks and other bookmarks drop-down lists. lack of scroll bars makes this bad configuration in firefox even worse.

Whenever I save a page, it takes two attempts to save correctly. 1st attempt, the page is saved to my bookmarks menu, despite selecting another folder. 2nd attempt, the page save correctly to the folder selected. I was wondering if anyone knew how get my browser back to one save attempt. Thanks for your help!

i install new windows and after installing when i log in to my account on firefox it dint backup my bookmarks and everything . i have so much important bookmark was saved and for over 6+ months effort . can anyone tell me how i can recover it or how can i contact firefox chat agent

I got the message : "The address wasn’t understood Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (javascript) isn’t associated with any program or is not allowed in this context. You might need to install other software to open this address.". What to do ? (the same does not happen with Edge, for the same URL, in this case my personal account on the French ministry of finance...)

Citibank cannot access the online account changed pass word and it keeps asking me for the new password.

Citibank says Firefox has to be restored?

Following a Mac rebuild, I decided to use a different e-mail for my Firefox profile, then tried to move all my bookmarks over. I tried both backup and HTML export from my old profile (on a separate machine, copied to the rebuilt machine) but restore from that file failed ("Unable to process the backup file.") and the HTML import seemingly did nothing - the operation completed without error but nothing changed. Any suggestion on how to get the bookmarks moved over?

I am not too good with the computer and have just starting using Firefox. I will do my best to describe my question so please bar with me. I have 2 rows of websites that I frequent...actually only using the first row and 5 spaces in the second row. When I go to a different website Firefox is automatically adding that website to one of the boxes in the second row which I do not want. How do I stop this? Question 2...using Ebay as an example...if I keep searching on Ebay and have looked at lets say 5 different pages how do I go back to the home screen without having to hit the back button 6 times? I want to import everything from avast secure browser, but ASB does not show in the browsers option. Is there a roundabout way to import everything(passwords, bookmarks etc)?

Hello, I upgraded my windows 8.1 system with firefox on it to windows 10. The windows 10 upgrade saved my windows 8.1 files. I installed firefox on windows 10. I deleted the files created by the install in the folder 'profiles'. When I copy my old firefox profile contents into that firefox profile folder, firefox does not pickup my bookmarks and extensions as I had hoped. Is it possible to get firefox to recognize my old profile contents? Thanks, Doug

Hi My browser updated to latest version 100.0.1 but all my opened tabs are missing. And what is more important all my sync bookmarks are also gone. I can note restore any of sync data.
